Very hit or miss. They make too many chicken sandwiches in advance and that’s something that should be made to order. Some of the managers get it, but others don’t seem to care as long as the food keeps moving. This lack of attention to detail—FRESHNESS—of such a basic order is one of the reasons more people swarm to the competition, Chick-Fil-A.
Customer service was extremely ASININE!!!! the employees and managers were very antagonistic. And extremely rude. They showed no consideration for the customers need. Very rude and outright disrespectful. And I feel extremely disregarded and I am a out LGBT individual and my partner was treated very unfair and they were extremely racist and inconsiderate. We are both African American individuals who deserve excellent service. Please handle this situation, IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!
I asked what came with a kids meal and was told apple juice, applesauce, chicken or nuggets, fries and a toy. I ordered a kids meal and said I wanted it exactly how it comes. Then I was told they ran out of apple juice so I would need to get a different drink, okay it happens I understand. I pulled up to the window and paid. I got the bag and realized there was no toy and no apple sauce. When I asked the woman at the window about the toy she didn't understand the question, so she got someone else. The other lady asked me if I was asking about the 40 cent upcharge for the drink (which I definitely shouldn't have been charged for because I only got a different drink because they didn't have the drink that came with the meal) and then she proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any toys because they didn't get a shipment in. Why not tell me that at the speaker box when I initially asked about the meal? So I basically paid $9-$10 for a kids meal that wasn't a kids meal. My daughter got some nuggets, fries and a small drink. I will never go to this Popeyes again. Horrible service. Horrible everything. I don't recommend stopping here...even if you are starving.
Ordered from this popeyes through uber eats. 3 separate meals and they put no sauce cups for a single one. Happened twice now. They just dont do the sauce to save money.Get delivery from a different popeyes.
The fish sandwich is served hot,on a fresh bun with pickles and a special sauce. It was delicious!!!
Ordered a large mashed potatoes with my delivery and got three small orders of red beans and rice. Can’t even get basic things correct I guess at this location. Chicken was cold and biscuits were like rocks.
Wrong sandwich : spicy instead of regular. No tartar sauce, no pickles, no large Fanta orange soda. This order was for my brother who is a patient at 1526 Lombard street. Room 408. It is very disappointing when he doesn’t get what he is waiting for..

Quick service even though this location has a drive thru. Mngr seems dedicated to pleasing his staff ( asked a worker to stay for overtime and she said she'd cancel plans with her girlfriends!) Even I was like " don't do it! To myself. Lol. Ordered 16 pc meal with Cole slaw, fries & mac cheese. Food was hot, family was pleased. Merry Xmas eve!
The food was good as usual but the service sucked. The wait in the drive through was long. Guess it was lunch time and they were overwhelmed.
