I went to order a simple order, a big box. The first employee taking orders had orders for two kids who should have been with their parents. The next person that ordered went in and out of line and kept complaining about using a restroom, pretty much begging to use a restroom when since covid and even before covid this is not allowed, holding up the line. They were short/empty on fries and chicken tenders and had a hazardous water spill which anyone who could see above the counter could see. I then get a very disgruntled and racist employee who did not desire to give me what I ordered. Like I said, I ordered the big box which is a very simple order. I asked for an extra biscuit and did not receive one. The third cashier was asking me about something on the register I could not see nor had any idea about. The second disgruntled/racist employee asked did I want a large and a small or two larges. I had no clue what he was talking about with his employee lingo, as I simply put I desired a big box with chicken tenders and an extra biscuit. I was offered no tenders, not even told to wait for the next batch of tenders to cook. He just wanted to get me out the way because I spoke up for myself in a respectful manner. Flat hair and a beard and a flat attitude, terrible customer service. I was asked do I want a breast and a thigh also. I don’t even eat chicken breast, nor was I offered any condiments or given a receipt. My fries were thrown in bags and not a seperate box. This employee (male) was nothing like his female co workers or the manager. I feel highly disappointed at this popeyes and will go back to spring garden where I usually go for popeyes, good luck if you go in there people. It is always a crowd outside and at least one unhappy employee inside. There was someone sleeping in the front of the store also, what a mess
POPEYES IS ALWAYS FOR ME TO GOOD FOR GREAT TASTEY ? CHICKEN ? BUT PLEASE TELL THEM TO USE SEA SALT OR LESS! BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE THAT I TALK ? TO SAY THAT THEY CAN'T EAT IT BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH SALT INTAKE, MY SON IS ALSO A DIABETIC AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. WE DO LOVE ❤️ THEIR FRENCH FRIES ? ?
This popeyes is pretty crowded and the food I get here is delicious but this place needs to be cleaned more.
The chicken is fresh and the line moves along very well. No complaints.
Good smells of the fried chicken brought me into the place. I then bought a 3 piece fried chicken dinner from them. It was delicious. I will be coming back for more later. ? ??
always an odd experience when i come here which is why I only ever go post drinking. The food is fast food, but haven't had any issues. The service is rough but again... it's a fast food joint. Always messy inside, they need to hire someone to clean up the self serve area honestly. But the food is cheap and im sure it's not a great wage so it is what it is.
I like the fact that the I have a selection and that I can see that it's fully cooked not pink around the bones.
The food is always great. But somebody should pay more attention to keeping the work area cleaner. I could see trash on the floor behind the counter. I can only wonder what the cooking area looked like.
This place is so unprofessional. They argue with customers for no reason, and roll your eyes when you ask for something your order should have come with. I work retail, and I know it's been terrible and stressful, but ya'll need to get it together.
Staff not even pretending to wear masks. Half the sodas were out. No napkins in the store. The location on Broad is much better.
