Please avoid this place at all costs. I just came there with my 18 months old and I didn't even get served. Everyone was walking around ignoring me with miserable faces like they Hate the fact they work there. I cane there multiple times and this is MY LAST TIME. I turned around and left. Managers used to carbe about their business but now nobody gives a s*****.
Rudest staff I’ve ever seen in my life. Ordered via the app at 9pm and also payed. The app said the store is open until 10pm, come pick it up now. Got there at 9:20PM. The girl working there says we’re closed I can’t do anything for you, I asked for a refund and she said you can get your money back but I can’t tonight. Closes the window on my face. Not even an apology for the inconvenience or an explanation as to why I was able to order and pay when they were closing earlier then the listing says. Horribly rude and they didn’t care at all about their customers. This is why everyone goes to Chick-fil-A!
They closed 30 min early when I pulled up to the drive thru after ordering through their app. They said they had no more food and threw the rest out, meanwhile 5 employees were in the back on their phones. Terrible business is an understatement. Waiting for a refund.
I want to know when y'all started charging for sauce? You telling me I am ordering a whole meal and it doesn't come with sauce? Distasteful . Also, the guy who was on the speaker was sweet, the lady at the window don't say anything but holds her hand out to collect your payment and gives you the food. When I was about to get my food I asked for sweet heat sauce and she holds her hand out again and says 83 cents.. like what!! Um no just give me my food. Also, the food not even hot.. last time coming to this one..
This place serves cold food & warm coleslaw. The staff was rude to me. Being handicap I would have appreciated better customer service,.The chicken sandwich was NOT that good. I won’t be back.
Wish they could give an Extact Time that they take the Chicken from the Hot Oil, I Would Love to have my Chicken Fresh and Hot from the Oil it would Definitely Make a Difference. Please Consider This Option....????
Girl with giant eyelashes has the worst attitude and should not have a customer service job. She did not like what I said to her (no profanity) and was ready to come outside to fight me. She was actually a supervisor. It's a shame that younger coworkers will think how she acts is ok. She needs to grow up and increase her emotional intelligence. I will not spend my money here again, I will just go somewhere else that values their customers.
When I usually go here I get 2 family meals because we have a lot of people, great sides good flavor and juicy chicken. Well done
I will no longer patronize this store and suggest that you do not either. Today, I ordered a 16 piece mild chicken. When I got home, my 16 piece order was only 13 pieces. Clearly these people do not know how to count and are not honest. This saddens me because I wanted to patronize this minority staffed store however, I had far too many incidents of not getting what I paid for. This is the last straw for me. Now, I will drive two miles further to the other location and patronize that store that has a more diverse staff.
This was my first time here and it was not a good experience.I hadto go in to get my biscuits,and i ask to speak to manager and she has tattoos all over her face and everything(Like Seriously??) & then the young boys were standing around lolly-gagin hands in pants(Really??).A store full of our own Black ppl acting and looking absurd.Food was horrible we had some fresh chicken and some older chicken, the rice and beans...lol was just rice and dry the biscuits hard as hell,Wont Be going back,i recommend new training Maybe whole new team..I love Popeye Chicken,but not from this place!!!
