Went there late in the evening and it's mad crowded. Got the food went home and put away the groceries. I realized my order was short 4 pieces as I ordered 16. Went up there after they locked the door. I told them what happened and they gave me the 4 pieces of chicken. They looked out and I appreciated it. Now that's customer service when they right a mistake without a hassle or an attitude.
Used the app to get current offers/deals but you have to wait inside. Not a big deal except for the fact they seem to work on your order WAY after it was sent and I got my confirmation of purchase from their email.It's fairly clean inside, tables are fine but the seats had crumbs. I guess whoever is wiping the top they push the crumbs on the floor and seats.The food definitely was as expected (just messed up my sauce order). Hot enough to enjoy for my lunch pickup. The parking lot is questionable. Seems like not a lot of spaces if you're driving through and need to pickup inside. Don't get me wrong there is parking but not a ton close.There is a bus stop right out front on Cheltenham. The building is shared with another business (it does change). All in all this was okay. Kinda wish they were better staffed. Feels like it could have more people since only one register was open. They staff was polite and professional. I'll check back when I'm around here again. 'cause Popeye's chicken is da bomb! LolNote: getting to this location is a bit tricky. Especially if you are going to make a left from Easton Rd onto Cheltenham. There is no turning lane light.
I had to share this !! I have been a customer of this Popeyes for at least 5 years now . I actually hate going to this location because I always have a horrible experience. The associates are usually rude and they are always running out of something. Well today was completely different. I’m so angry they I can’t remember the cashiers name , but she greeted me with such kindness , I was taken back . She put all the condiments in my bad without me asking and then told me to have a nice day . Again, this NEVER happens. The other lady that was there with her was hurt as polite to her customers. It was 5/18/22 at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon. These ladies need to appreciated. Thanks for the wonderful service !!
Food is the usual...but the staff...they all seem as if they don't want to work! Everyone has an attitude and is rude. I've been to this location several times...always the same customer service and rude employees.
Th store is great. Some people need to not bring they problems to the store and have patience. If u wouldn’t want a stranger talking to y’all kids like this why come to a fast food job threatening them and expect them to take it. My chicken was fresh and the manager came and took over to get the line down and they are good.
This location always struggle! The more I visit the more issues I encounter. Even when fully staffed the wait is long. The food is ok , definitely a hit or miss. The staff always have attitudes and they take it out on the customers. So not only do I have to wait in a long line now I have to put up with employees that don’t want to work! Unfortunately it’s the norm with most fast food places .
I’m trying to understand who is running this Popeyes. All you see is a bunch of kids walking around mad about the choices they have made to work there. I don’t see any direction in this Popeyes EVER! Too bad! Great location.. down the street from where I live. But, I refuse to keep going to this Popeyes.
Food is great, but customer services is RUDE and unprofessional to say the least. As much as I loved to get a food here once a week I won't be returning here because of how unwelcomed and uncomfortable employees make you feel. Everyone is struggling during pandemic and delays are understandable but at least treat people like you want to be treated.
Popeyes chicken is good, tasty, and generally fresh. Gave three stars because the order wasn't entirely correct. Got the 10 piece mixed chicken with some sides but one side was missing. Overall the service was quick and the breast pieces are quite large. Recommend coming with coupons if you plan to go. The spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good and so are the Cajun fries. The Mac and cheese is pretty cheesy, in a good way.
This location can be hit or miss as they tend to change staffing quite a bit. This visit was good. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. You're still not able to sit down and eat so its all carry out. That's not a problem as I was grabbing something for dinner. This location can also get ridiculously busy so plan for that during peak times(weekends and dinner time)
