Went through drive thru. The young lady taking orders couldn't even say hello back. Also how do you not have Ranch dressing. Also when asked what other dipping sauces they had when i got to window, she saids BBQ & Honey Mustard. Closes the window after asking her is that all you have. She seemed annoyed by my request. Also after closing window i over hear her say " Its to cold to be answering all that" Well if you are working the drive thru window in the winter time maybe you should keep a sweater or jacket with you at work! Very rude costumer service! ?
Crunchy and yummy, and my favorite coleslaw. The potatoes and gravy could use some work, but love the chicken!
Food was hot and good and I had a coupon which made the price great as well. However, the wait to get my food was LONG!
It was terrible service. Went inside to order, but no one at register. Other customers were waiting for over 20 minutes to order. So I decided to go through the drive thru. Where service was quicker, courteous, respectful & orders on point. Drive thru female was excellent & outstanding.
This place is so unprofessional and always slow. I mobile order a 14 piece tender 2 sides 5 biscuits and 1 3 piece tender. Got there waited in line 20 minutes 3 cars in front of me. Told them my order number got to the window where the lady started laughing and asked for my order again. Waited 10 more minutes only for her to come back and say you need to park because it's not ready. 10 minutes later (that's 40 minutes) with the food. No 3 piece. I walk up to the window the really rude lady goes I packed your food and put more then 14 in there. I said why that's not what I ordered. I need to drop the 3 piece off at my mother's. She just gave me a box with an attitude (Iike I did something wrong) I go back to the car and count them and she gave us 16 in total but I was to upset to go back. On top of that my mom couldn't eat her's because although we didn't order any spicy it was mixed, I guess to just get us out.
My husband spent 60 dollars tonight for a 16 piece meal with sides, delivery. What he got was a chicken sandwich, a side of fries, small soda. DoorDash wouldn't do anything either. 0 out of 5 stars. Definitely not recommending this place unless you enjoy being scammed.

Food is fine, same as any other Popeye's. I prefer it over the other fast food chicken joints, but that's a personal matter. They're kind of slow on service, and sometimes they have the front door locked so your only choice is to go through drive through (or walk up to the drive through window of you are a pedestrian). Staff sometimes wears masks, sometimes not. At least my order is usually accurate.Basically, it's fine.
Hot fresh chicken. Good biscuits. Overpriced. Rude service.
I was disappointed the last time I had visited. Aside from the long line in the drive-thru, somw of the food was overcooked. For a wait long like that, the food should be made properly. Other than that, the staff is friendly. I would try out this place again to get Megan Thee Stallion's mea Thee Hottie meal and outside of that.
