Slow service. The server managed to clear/clean a whole table. And also stood by and greeted at table of 6 that arrived well after i had sat down. No drink was offered until i had almost finished my meal.Steak was bland. This place is a hit or miss. Consistency is not their strong suit.Big miss this time.

I’ve been to Picanha many times before and this was my first time in quite a while. They restaurant has upgraded the salad bar and changed the dessert bar for a juice bar. It was nice to see but that’s where pleasantries ended. Upon entering, I was not seated, I was told to sit anywhere and just grab a plate to help myself. I decided to grab a table and then went to the salad bar. I approached the rodizio and the gentleman working the station was on his phone. While this is normally egregious, he was actually the most attentive of the 5 servers this night. He did not mention what meats were on the rodizio, I just had to ask if something was available. Upon having my servings on my plate, I sat and ate my food. I was not offered any condiments, beverages, or even checked on. I watched the waiters check on the 4 other tables but not once come to my table.I decided to wait and not once was my plate cleared, was offered water, or asked if I wanted a drink. I was in this restaurant for almost 40 minutes and received terrible service. I wish I could give them no stars

I made reservations to take my wife out for her birthday dinner based on the google reviews. I thought I was in the wrong place. Nothing like the website shows. Did not show anywhere that it is a byob. Noisy, dirty, could not understand the waitress. Long lines of people waiting to get meats, no privacy to talk. The salad bar was sparse, many empty plates and bowls. Waited almost 30 minutes to bring the meats to our table. No one ever came. I tried to get the meat server's attention, but was ignored each time he passed us with skewers of meat. I left 50 dollars on the table and walked out.

Salad bar not labeled at all. Well done Meats were very very salty that I could spit out the grains of salt. The medium ones were not as salty. Meats had good flavor regardless. The we'll done Meats were also sometimes not well done whole other times too overcooked to the point of dry very dry. Cheap for a steak house. Would I go here again, yeah. Plenty of parking nearby. Spacious inside. Clean. I had coconut truffle for desert it was very good but all the other ones didn't look too good. You can order by the pounds or all you can eat. For two people or ended up being like 65$ then u gotta tip. I ended up drinking 4 glasses of water because of how salty the Meats were. Better than I expected in terms of northeast rest

The chicken was so overcooked that it was hard. The brisket was so over cooked that it was stringy and tough. The sirloin had a janky taste to it. There weren't very few meat options. The customer service was terrible. The servers didn't speak English and the one who did was running all over the place like it was packed, it wasn't. Maybe the location in center city is better.

This is a hidden treasure. I never knew this place was here. Compared to Fogo de Chao and Chimas, it is very compatible. All you can eat, just like the other places, the staff brings the meat to you and slice it according to your taste. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I will return. Very good food.

Yummy food. Great environment
