I Love Pho!!! This is one of the best places around. I haven't been there after covid but I'm hoping its the same. Recommend 10/10
Everything here is incredible. The summer rolls, the dumplings and the pho are the best I’ve ever eaten. Make sure to get a chrysanthemum tea!
This was our first visit. We had the summer rolls and Pho Palace bowl (pho, shrimp, pork). It came with a plate of sprouts, jalapeño slices, basil, and lime wedges. The added flavors and textures just added to an already delicious dish. The lime gave it a nice citrus 'brightness' against the rich broth. We will most definitely be returning. I can't wait to try something else from their menu.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!The service was horrible and the staff were rude and very unprofessional. Our total was $30.46 and so we paid $40.46. My husband and I were waiting for the waitress to bring back our change and she never did! That’s when we decided to go up to the register because we waited for more than five minutes already! We told the old lady at the front register that we hadn’t received our change yet and that’s when the lady said the waitress thought we didn’t want the change back and that the change would be her tip. That’s when the old lady had the audacity to say to us “you have to tell her you want the change back” and since when did we have to tell our server we want our change back? Shouldn’t they automatically bring it back to us? That’s when the old lady went to go look for the waitress so that she can ask why we didn’t receive our change yet and the waistress was apparently hiding. Once the lady found her, the waitress gonna say “yeah they need $10 change back.” So the waitress knew what she was doing and she was trying to secretly take our money, that’s why she was hiding in the back room. That’s when we finally got our change back and the old lady told us we need to tip the server and so we did. The old lady was very rude and demanded we tip more and she was trying to start a problem with my husband and I when we have our one year old daughter with us!!!! We tip based on the sevice and they did not deserve a big tip at all! They need to be grateful they got something rather than nothing. Overall, we’re never going there ever again!!!
great value, portions are quite large. have been coming here for years especially before the pandemic. unfortunate that enforcing philly mandates is getting them some pushback, but i’m glad that i can still dine in if i please. everything is very flavorful and hearty. i always leave feeling satisfied. pho palace has some great memories for me, and the staff is very kind. highly recommend.
I’ve been coming here since i was a child and recently got over having covid so I cannot get the vaccine due to the antibodies and they’re forcing you to show them medical records to sit down and eat. When I explained my situation to her she did not care at all and threw out a loyal customer of 10+years out onto the street.I will never be coming back to an establishment that cares so little for they’re loyal customers. I’m personally insulted and extremely disappointed in how they treat human beings and I strongly urge you to find somewhere else to go. My family and I will no longer give money to a business that doesn’t respect their loyal customers spanning over literal decades. I highly recommend bravo pho instead.
Nice place, very good food, fresh and delishious. Will be back again.
I’ve been coming there for over 10 years. The owner would not let me in without a mask, even though the tables are 1 foot apart. Just to walk 5 feet she told me to either wear a mask or buy one for $1. Not only she is idiotic thinking that there is a need to wear a mask to walk 5 feet, but no need to wear one while sitting few feet from another guest, she is also using this to profit from masks that cost 5 cents! I left and will not come back.
Everything was ok seems slightly higher priced for Some items on menu but kinda the way it is now. Service was slow and it was empty, waitress was nice just off. I mean have extra napkins on the table, more condiments , sugar, etc ... Also first Restaurant had to show my vaccination card in, not a big deal though.
It was fast and great food
