Absolutely love this place and the staff is very friendly. Every time I go there I swear I have never tried pretzels better than the ones they have. I have ordered 40 to 60 pretzels at a time for everyone at my son's dsycsrr before and everyone loved it.
In NE Philly? You have to have Jim's pretzels! People make it a point to stop. They sell drinks and many different sizes of pretzels.
Called this Philly Pretzel Factory location on 6/18/20 to place an order for Father’s Day pick up and the girl that answered the phone didn’t want to be bothered with taking my order and told me someone would call me back......12 hours later I’m still waiting!! Horrible customer service at this location.
