This location needs to train there employees and also teach them some customer service. I called this store to place an order for the following business day I was asked what time, I let the young lady know I need them for 7:30am she told me the store opens at 7am so I told her ok that’s great. Now the young lady asked me to spell my name about 4x so at this point I assumed she got it. The next day I get to the store at 7:32am and the door was locked and the signs says open at 8am now first thing I think is closed I knocked a young lady answer and tells me they are closed I let her know that I called yesterday and put in an order for pick up at 7:30am she now tells me that there is no order for me, so I tell her the young lady I spoke to yesterday I didn’t get her name but I had to spell my name about 4x to her the young lady now tells me I know who it was but asked me if I was sure if I ordered it to this store I again told her about the girl I spoke too and then gave her the number I called. Again customer service is very poor here and they need more training. Now I have to arrive late to my event because no one communicated and didn’t do there job. Will never again give my business here.
Fast courteous service. Love the smell of fresh baked pretzels.
Very unhappy. My co-worker & I ordered through Grubhub. The Pretzel Factory canceled half of our order. With the items they did send-- tasted very old & stale.Next time, maybe call the customer to see if they want something else instead. Or just cancel the whole order all together bc we were still hungry.
Great staff at this location parking is a bit tight but the people here are fast and friendly.
Great pretzels. Friendly service.
My go to spot. Parking leaves much to be desired but it's a small shop soooooo I'll just deal with it. Lol ?
Always fresh and delicious. Wonderful staff
Best pretzels. Staff always friendly
Awesome pretzels. This place is Philadelphia
Only about 5 people allowed inside at once. So if you walk up and think it's really weird that some guy is standing outside but almost right up against the door, blocking it, don't say excuse me and go to open the door around him; he'll think you're incredibly rude and explain that you have to wait outside and you'll feel like an idiot.
