The pretzels and pretzel dogs. The hot mustard with horseradish is great and really not as hot as you might think.

First time I've purchased pretzels from this location (15th JFK) & they were not fresh!
Tiny location located underground close to the Septa sale windows. Very clean store, with fresh pretzels and dips. Employees are friendly and upbeat. Every time I have gone in, the pretzels tasted great! They only have bottles drinks here though, and the selection is not too good.

Philly Pretzel Factory has the best soft pretzels in the entire city. They're always warm and doughy, and are still very cheap. This is one of the very few highlights of Suburban Station.
When in Philadelphia, you MUST visit the Philly Pretzel Factory. Here you will find the absolutely authentic Philadelphia Soft Pretzel. They are always fresh baked and delicious. There are also other varieties, like the cheese steak pretzel, hotdog pretzel and garlic pretzel-but the regular soft pretzel is to die for! Buy a bag of 5 or 10 pretzels. You cannot eat just one!!
Just stood in line for a half hour at Philly Zoo to spend $26.0 on stale pretzels. I begged the cashier to give us the hot pretzels that were just out of oven but she explained she 'had to' give me the pretzels that had been sitting there.
The Philly Pretzel Factory is a great place to get authentic Philly soft pretzels. Along with that, they offer pretzel combinations with cheesesteaks and hot dogs. Along with their food being so good, the Pretzel Factory also makes it easy to get big trays of pretzels for your events and parties. Great stuff!
