Had a Jones for a real Philadelphia soft pretzel and this place did it right!! Took a nice ride to Philadelphia just for the pretzels. Bought 30 of them hot right out of the oven. My car still smells like them. Best air freshener I ever bought. Only 1 thing. Bought 30 pretzels, did you have to charge me $ 0. 25 for a small cup of mustard? Was definitely worth the drive, traffic and all.
Always fresh, you'll get them hot or warm
It is so disheartening when the basic common curtesy of answering a customers questions to make a sale is GONE. This girl was so disrespectful and did nothing to help me AND she got loud with me calling me sweetie. Horrible customer service at the 1532 Sansom St ·Philly Pretzel Factory. JUST BE NICE AND DO YOU JOB. That's all we're asking.
I've been craving pretzels at crazy times and had always relied on this 24hr store........please update your hours
The manager Jamie is very disrespectful I used to work there and quit for disrespect. If I could I'd spit in her face. Very unsanitary. They have rats that love in the back and crawl all over the dough. No type of cleaning whatsoever
