I ordered two extra salty pretzels and a hot mustard. The girl gave me the bag and I told her to keep the change. When I got to the car I found two non salty pretzels and a not hot mustard. This location is at 3rd and Oregon in South Philly.
I have never had a problem with any Philly Pretzel Factory until today. I purchased five mini pretzels. I drove to work, which was only a 30-minute drive. I get to work and offer some to the administrative staff. I walk to my office and sit down to eat mine, and it's rock hard. I am so upset because not only was it a waste of money, I gave some to other people. I will think hard and long before I visit another Philly Pretzel Factory, as this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel as if I was sold leftover pretzels from the previous day.
