This Philly Pretzel Factory location has the absolute BEST customer service, but I have to give a special shoutout to Maurice! He is kind, generous, and friendly, and he was just the perfect example of wonderful customer service. I had called to make sure they were still open (since hours have been limited due to covid19), and although they were closing soon after I called, Maurice told me to come anyway and that he would make sure I got my much desired pretzels! We had a bit of conversation, and I left feeling grateful & happy! Thank you for being awesome, Maurice! I will absolutely be back soon!
