This would be a cute neighborhood place for ice cream and water ice, but has disappointed me and my friends on three separate occasions, so it seems time to find a new place.The “homemade” Italian ice is sugar water and ice, there is no real fruit in it.The ice cream tasted like the carton it came in from being so old.The frozen yogurt soft serve image is NOT what you get when you order frozen yogurt- you get carton frozen yogurt that tastes subpar.Hopefully they figure out how to improve their food and service quality, because it’s really nice to have a neighborhood ice cream place.
Great ice cream and water ice; fast and friendly service. Full marks from my 5- and 8-year-olds. Would love to try the sandwiches if I could spare the calories!
Loved it. The brownie sundae was the best and the employees were so friendly! Especially the lady taking the orders.
Friendly, and a great deal on ice cream! The small is enormous though, I would compare it to a heaping half a pint! I got the nutella oreo which was very good. I will return... although I might ask for a kids size next time.
This was unfortunately the worst frozen dessert I’ve ever had. I ordered coffee ice cream with chocolate sprinkles on a cake cone. I received coffee frozen yogurt which was spoiled on a sugar free sugar cone. ??♀️ The frozen yogurt was sour- it was not edible. I have never written a review as unfavorable as this one, but feel it’s important that the store be made aware. By the time I tasted it I was already back in my car & my husband had driven off & we were in traffic. Otherwise we would have gone back and returned the item/let the place know. The receipt said coffee icecream, chocolate sprinkles, & sugar free sugar cone. I ordered a cake cone. ?I was the only person waiting and my number was the same one on the receipt. I unfortunately received sour frozen coffee yogurt on a sugar free free sugar cone even though I ordered a cake cone. They were not busy. There was one couple before me, but they received their dessert shortly after I ordered. The only thing they got correct was the chocolate sprinkles. I hope they’ll check on their frozen yogurt for freshness & follow instructions better. I threw $7.59 away & had no icecream ?
If you are looking for ice cream, this place isn't bad. Just an average ice cream shop. I ordered the make your own ice cream sandwhich with their cookies. The cookies were very hard and I didn't care for that. When my order was ready, they called my number and all I had was a bag with two cookies and no ice cream. Make sure to check your order, they were messing up orders.
Our group decided to get some Ice Cream after an eventful day. As we walked up to Philly Flavors Ice Cream Store we noticed the new renovations added to the store.The difference in the signage ( it states Fairmount Flavors, now). We also noticed that we can order at the window instead of entering in the store. Another noticeable difference is an employee brings your item to the door for pickup. A customer never enters the store.The service was quick and easy to say the least. It's two service windows for ordering your items.The home made ice cream was flavorful as usual with a good portion amount.
Yo this was my first time here! And I'm born and raised here. Uptown..this is definitely one of the best places in philly. Real talk

One of the best waffle sandwiches I have ever tried! It was delicious and filling. You can tell the place is great by the friendly workers as well as the amount of people there is constantly waiting for their order.
