Checkin and out: Check in was slow. It was under staffed and there were customers waiting on various issues. In our case there was a delay to get into our room. Location: Conveniently connected to terminal B by a closed in walkway you have airport access by foot. If you prefer you can take a shuttle from the front which starts at 6am and is first come first serve and leaves every 20 minutes. I recommend you walk provided you have no mobility issues. We went to the terminal several times. Even though only connected to Terminal B, you can walk through to A or a short walk through then outside to Terminal D (maybe 15 minutes). Rooms: Small and showing age and wear but very quiet. In fact we faced the airport so you can watch the planes but you get no noise thanks to sound blocking windows. Food; The aviation grill on the ground floor is decent but not great. The Marriott lounge was in a separate part of the restaurant. It’s best to ask for access. Overall: A hotel that serves its purpose of giving fairly good lodging right at the airport.

A friend was just passing through phila so I met her at the Marriott Airport restaurant. Ok it is true that she makes every visit happy and fun but the staff played right along with her and were so accommodating. The room is inviting and attractive and the food was good enough too. It was perfect place to meet for such a visit. Thank you Marriott! I highly recommend it at least for that. I'm sure the rooms are nice to. :)

Hotel is tired and needs an urgent refresh, but the worst was that AC did not work in the rooms and no apology at all. Nobody could sleep well due to the heat. Service in the bar was uncaring also the salade was good So disappointing experience, despite the convenient location of the hotel

Don't be fooled by the newer photos - not worth staying here! We stayed here in May 2022, absolutely no customer service here. Upon arriving at the airport, we called about the airport shuttle they said they provide, we got through and he said the shuttle would pick us up shortly. 30 minutes later, we called again, and again, only to be hung up on without anyone answering...they simply weren't picking up the phones. Eventually we gave up and paid for a $15 cab to go a mile, we got in and I expected the lobby to be packed if they were not able to pick up the phones. We saw 3 attendants at the front desk, all chatting with each other and no other guests. Upon checking in I said that we had been calling and unable to get through...the attendant had the gall to tell me they were too busy to pick up the phones! Not a guest in sight. We then went to the bar to try to grab a bite...same thing, the kitchen staff were all sitting out in the bar hanging around...messy tables everywhere. This place was a disaster, no one here cares about working. We booked here thinking it would be super convenient, instead it was a huge hassle. Would never stay here again.

Didn't stay at this Marriott. Just met a friend there for lunch. She had a 3 hr layover so we couldn't go far. I called in advance to inquire about parking. The front desk agent directed me to the nearest parking structure PLUS left a parking pass for me at the front desk! Really nice lunch at the bar too!

Filthy rooms- food in the bed filthy, and more dust than old garage- and a manager that promises to take care of you, but then never contacts you back. Now he’s impossible to get ahold off. Really appreciate the run around, Matthew!

So nice to stay so close to the airport! Walked through the overpass to get to terminals. It was a little harder since we flew spirit airlines so we took hotel shuttle. It was an easy walk to return back to pick up car. It was a little pricey for parking. Make sure you get your parking discount for staying. Still not sure what we did wrong!

My husband and I took our five year anniversary trip and had issues with our flight. We stayed at this hotel because we saw all of the positive reviews. The staff went above and beyond and made a stressful change of flight a true treat. We now will come stay at this hotel for future trips. Thank you for the good service and keeping our spirits high for our anniversary! -Danieta

Christian at the front desk and Sauku (I am 100% spelling that wrong) at Bell/Valet just treated us like we were the king and queen of England. We’re not. I so appreciated their graciousness and friendliness that I logged onto TripAdvisor for the first time in a year to leave a review in the hopes that a manager sees it. What a pleasant surprise for a short stay at an airport hotel.

Super easy to walk to from the airport! A very convenient location. Got in late, but there were people there to help me. Everyone was very friendly. Even the people working in the little shop and Starbucks. Fairly quiet for an airport location. I was impressed. I would have given them five stars, but the elevators and general facilities are a bit run down. They could use some updating.
