Today I and my other friends went into the shop the customer service is horrible she cursed us out all because we asked for what kind of soups they have and what they have in them
Ordered two cappuccinos, got shots of espresso in cups with warm milk filled to the top. Milk was not at all foamed, which made it like a really heavy coffee drink (basically 3 shots of espresso with 12 oz of whole milk in a cup). Traditional cappuccino calls for the milk to be steamed and foamed, so it should have been much lighter. Half the staff didn’t really seem happy to be there. Place had 4.5 stars on Google, so thought I would try it out as an alternative to La Colombe in this city, but I don’t think I will be returning.
Best coffee in the city. Staff is so friendly and helpful. New and clean which is a plus!
Manager said no food is gluten free and is all contaminated. Not celiac safe. Labeling is incorrect and should be removed until standards are met.

Unfortunately they don't do pourovers nor light-medium roasts at this location. So I tried an espresso witha muffin. Was ok. I was told the roastery is in Kingston.
I recently posted a negative review regarding Passero's staff/customer relations, they made adjustments to the staff and the atmosphere is amazing, extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful. They never are bothered by questions. Their food and coffee have always been good, the Old City Vegi wrap is delicious!
