It's a shame because the food is so good but it is overshadowed by the horrible customer service. I've ordered here plenty of times but whoever answers the phone is always so rude and always quick to hang up. I will not eat here again.
If you are looking for a place to eat Mediterranean or Turkish food, this is the place you should check it out. My wife and I had lunch here. It is a family owned lovely restaurant. The dishes are fresh and very delicious. I love the ambiance and how clean this restaurant is. We will definitely come back.
I happened upon paprika online and decided to give a try as the dishes looked very well constructed...well I decided to try the crab cakes which I must say are a very very nice size also the Mac n cheese is omg delicious has a distinct flavor which really compliments the macci and the string beans are scrumptious and freshhhhhhh def not canned or frozen...and you will have left overs a delightful surprise I will be back with friends....thanks for loving what u do it shows they the food....??

When I arrived the restaurant was clean and cool inside. The gentleman that took my order was respectful and patient. He made sure everything that I ordered was correct.I had the crab cake dinner with mashed potatoes/string beans and 9 fried shrimps. ???. Delicious. Excellent food
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered food at 7:46 pm and was told 45 mins. I called at 8:35 and was told 20 more mins. I got there at 8:55 went in at 9:10 and was told they’ll call me when it’s ready. I sat in my car went back in at 9:32 almost 2 hours later and still no food. The owner was present. They had nothing in my order prepared I asked for a refund they told me it’ll just take 15 more minutes at this point I could have sat down at a restaurant. I received a refund! The girl working the register was very nice & apologetic but the owner gave Nothing for wasting 2 hours of my evening I don’t recommend the customer service is trash and clearly so is the communication! 2 hours and a $50 refund later it’s almost 10pm and I have to find dinner!
THEE ABSOLUTE MOST WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! The food is absolutely amazing but the management needs a serious adjustment.
Wow, I’ve been food-fished. Took the recommendation of others and I feel betrayed. Ordered the blackened chicken, and there was ZERO seasonings. I almost thought I had covid and lost my sense of taste. Chicken was far from blackened. Fried chicken and mac also had no seasoning. I’m so sad because the Instagram looked amazing ?
Love this place I always get the grilled chicken wit 5 shrimp mac and cheese wit collard greens or spinach. Platters are big always have enough for the next day for lunch. They food always on point for me
Food was really good at this place and will be returning. I usually don’t eat Mac and cheese out but after watching J L Jupiter video I decided to try this meal. Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever ate out this far. The food sent sent fireworks to my palate. I do wished the lamb was saturated in that sauce.
