We invited PaperMill to come to our office in Malvern for Cinco de Mayo. I am so happy we did, because Mia and the crew are amazing! The service was wonderful, the food is delicious, and to top it off, it was a beautiful day! If you have an event coming up, or just want to spoil your employees, I recommend PaperMill to you! PaperMill is one of the best places you could go to! Mia and Michael are the all time greatest!!! The food is delicious and super unique. We ate from their food truck at a festival last week and waited a full two hours in an insanely long line just because so many people were raving about it and they were all totally right! Even though Mia was cooking all day and just on the verge of running out of food, she managed to make something for us and was so kind to us in the process. Her and Michael (who took our orders) were both so lovely that that alone makes us want to go back and try other stuff that PaperMill has to offer. The two of them and the food, of course! Get to their storefront or find one of their trucks and try this stuff ASAP!!! p.s. make sure you try the watermelon refresher - it's one of the best drinks I've ever had...literally tasted like drinking the juice directly out of a freshly cut watermelon...freaking amazing!
I get the same thing every time I I come here but it’s been consistently delicious each time. Lemongrass chicken banh mi is my fave, bread is always fresh and never soggy, chicken is flavorful. I also love the guac and chips, and watermelon drink. This is my go to banh mi spot in west. Always hits the spot.
Definitely not worth $10. The lemon grass chicken banh mi has only a few cubes of chicken in it. The taste is mediocre, if not below average. Buy something else.
Looks better in the picture than its actual quality. Ordered the Korean marinated beef. The beef was more like overcooked fried ground beef that I could have made myself, rather than “slow cooked in a sweet soy garlic ginger marinade”. Never again at franklin’s table.
I've never had a tofu banh mi where the tofu was mashed into a messy crumble. Not my favorite. Chips and guac are about as good as you'd get from a grocery store. Not worth it.

I just want to say that the drop off catering by PaperMill was AMAZING! We got so many positive comments on the food!The staff person who delivered the food was super nice, laid out the food (which was super appreciated because our daughter's bat mitzvah ran late), gave an overview of what was what, including the sauces (thank you on that front!!!), etc.You helped make our daughter's day super special. I'm incredibly appreciative.
PaperMill is an absolute staple. Nothing but the highest quality and care put into every meal item. The food is filling and leaves you feeling energized. Do not hesitate to order, you won't regret it!P.s. when it comes to dietary restrictions the staff is super accommodating. I am personally dairy free and had no issues finding something to satisfy me.
The first time tried this food truck was at a Cinco de Mayo food truck festival in Philadelphia and instantly fell in love with the food. As soon as I started planning for my wedding, I knew I wanted a food truck and I reached out to Papermill! From day one, the communication between Alex and Jake was quick and easy and the prices were right on budget. We decided on a day to meet with them, where they were serving their food, to do a tasting menu so we could pick what we wanted for our wedding. It was a hard choice because everything they gave us was delicious! Fast forward to our wedding day, most of our guest never tried food like this and it was unanimous, they loved it! Our wedding was about 1.5h away from Philadelphia and my husband and I (as well as my wedding party) were pretty busy on the day of, but they arrived on time and started to setup. They were very friendly to our guests and at the end of the night, they packed up whatever food was left over for us to keep. This was such a fantastic experience and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing!! If anyone is interested in a food truck for any type of event I HIGHLY recommend this food truck!!Ps.. will post pictures once I get them ?
