If I could enter a negative, I would. Love your company but this store is the worst I have ever seen. Out of most items, including drinks. . .with no explanation or apology. Then order was not even filled correctly. So sad
Worst Panera I have been to. They were almost out of everything and out of all drinks! With 3 kids visiting the city we thought this was a safe option to get everyone what they wanted. It was a very disappointing experience .
This place is ridiculous to try to get into if you use a wheelchair. You have to go all the way around to the poorly maintained ramp that is on the other side of Cinemark in order to navigate through the chairs that are usually in the way in order to get to the door to Panera.Today, Sunday July 10th, it's not a holiday and it is well past 7:00 a.m. but this location is closed despite there being employees inside. There's no sign on the door saying that they have different hours today either. There is trash all over the outdoor eating area. The least the staff could be doing is cleaning up out here, but instead they keep staring through the window at customers who keep trying the locked door and walking away. This is ridiculous.
This was my first visit to this particular Panera Bread store the cashier took my order very friendly young lady and she did a great job, the only problem was that part of my order was missing and I did not recognize this until I got home. When I call the store manager he immediately told me to come the day after the holiday which is July 5th and I can pick up my Asiago Bagels that I ordered with know Problem. Overall I had a very good experience at Panera Bread in University City they deserve five⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars!
I was excited because I hadn't been to a Panera in 12 years since friends of mine would hold our munches in one of the meeting rooms at the one on Penn State campus. I wasn't going get anything but then my husband ordered and while we waited I ordered a sesame bagel and oatmeal. It was an hour before lunch was over but they were out of oatmeal and weren't going to make more. Got home and they gave me the wrong bagelVegetarian options: Seriously almost no vegetarian options. Wheelchair accessibility: There are a lot of stairs and weird doors. I don't see it being possible.Dietary restrictions: If you eat meat and gluten you're fine
They always mess up orders. It’s gotten better since last year but it’s still bad. Missing orders, switched out orders (e.g ordered a Greek Goddess but got a Caesar), and on top of that things easily get sold out. It’s just a mess of a location. And the the seating areas are getting filthier and filthier every month. My only advice for anyone going here is CHECK YOUR BAG IS CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING. It WILL happen. Also, just order on the app because the workers seem to actively avoid working the counters except for a couple who are always hardworking.
I had a great experience ordering at the in-store kiosk on a busy Tuesday morning. Our sandwiches were delicious and the order was made correctly and quickly. I was most impressed by the young lady behind the counter who checked with me a few times to ask my name, my order and offer other items. Excellent service. Beautiful space as well.
Horrible cashiers, She never put my sandwich order in, had to wait almost a half hour, while waiting ordered a frozen lemonade, only to be refunded my money bcuz they didn't have it, then the other cashier came over and stated to the cashier that rang me up, " don't worry it's not your fault ", well I beg to differ, bcuz if I ordered something and she forgot to ring it up, it was her fault, please get some experienced people to work for your establishment. Unhappy with Panera at 40th Street
Ladies were very nice handling our order but the Mac and chesss was cold and didn’t look very appetizing. I’ll probably come back because it is a very convenient spot
My daughter and I love it here food is delicious ingredients fresh lots of healthy choices to pick from and the peaceful vibe is always awesome
