I seriously do not know how this Panera Bread location has achieved 4 stars. On Saturday, April 23rd I ordered a basic deli turkey sandwich for takeout. I waited for approximately 20 minutes. I asked if my order had been overlooked. The young lady in the preparation station ended her conversation and started to prepare my sandwich. A few minutes later she returns and says “we do not have any tomatoes for your sandwich”. I was so disappointed, and late for a meeting that I accepted the order. However, I was determined to write this review. I am staging a “personal protest” against this Panera location.
Jessica's service was awful. She purposely ignored customers waiting to order at the register, and a group even left without ordering because of her service. I called to place an order and pick up and pay in cash but they refused. I just wanted to order ahead because of the long wait times to get your food. Understandable if that is against policy and what they do, but when I asked "so you can't do that?" instead of saying no and giving a plain response she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager. When the manager answered the phone, instead of greeting me and asking me what my problem was, they said they couldn't do it and didn't even give me a chance to speak to them. Definitely worst service I've received at a Panera. I'm shocked they got the order right. It’s probably because Jessica wasn’t in the kitchen.
My order was ready in a timely fashion and it was delicious
It’s no use ordering online because this outlet does not keep an accurate count of what they have and what they don’t. So be prepared to order stuff, pay for it only to be told that they are sold out and could give you something else . And the shift manager gives you an attitude when you bring this to her attention.!! Better to go to the Panera in Wynewood instead.
Their soups are filling and delicious! The wait was short and the soup was hot! Uumm um
People working here should go back to school and learn how to read orders i always get mistakes in my orders. Now with covid panera also changes the same amount of money on way smaller portions. Feels like a scam
Food was awesome today. Prices actaully seem to be cheaper than they used to be . Food was made to perfection and my sandwich was hefty. Salad was VERY fresh. They followed extra instructions. Rarely impressed nowadays I really enjoyed my food.
Got there at 7:20 pm....cashier told me they close at 8 when they closed at 9, then when more ppl walked in after I gave my order she proceeded to say 'see what you have started?' I mean if she didn't want to be there I don't think anyone was holding her hostage. After my meal we noticed mice running around the dinning room...after I brought this massive issue to the manager he responded 'we know, just be careful not to get your hands caught in a trap'...WHAT??!? It seems since no one wants to work and you have an active rodent problem that hanging a simple sign like 'Beware of rodents' or 'Don't feed the mice' would be beneficial to all parties.
Everything is fresh and tasty ❤ this is the second time that I've had take out from this location. I'm still happy with my order.
Normally a consistent franchise, I would avoid this particular store. They would screw up the chips if they could. A small list of issues: missing items from the order, missing items from the menu, poorly prepared sandwiches, dirty store and food stations, no co-ordinator. Not even worth taking a chance on: this store is a one and done.
