Some of the best pastries I've ever had, so sweet and savory. They have a large selection of Delicious cakes, cookie's, and treats to satisfy anyone's craving for baked goods. This is really the perfect place to go and get a birthday cake and cake or sweets for just about any occasion. Hands down, give them proper timing and overview of what it is you want, and delivery to your satisfaction to say the least. I always order for the kids in the family birthdays here.
From 5th street. This is not what we asked for and we had to pay 100 dollars for this. It initially said. Happy “14” birthday. Never again will I buy anything from this trashy place
I absolutely loved this precise location and this bakery. I was last here in April of 2014! 8 years ago. I'd catch the subway and travel a long way just to come here. I'd get off at the Logan stop and walk all the way to 5th& Rockland to this bakery. While walking from the subway to this bakery, I'd see all the vintage beautiful row homes in the area. Inside this bakery, you grabbed a ticket and waited for your ticket number to be called. Very beautiful experiences with their cakes. I ordered a few photo cakes and a tiered style purple mother's day cake.The cakes not only looked good but tasted good. Based only on my time period of going their, I'd recommend this place. They took cash and almost all types of cards, including EBT cards.
Awful customer and I refuse to ever use them again. I ordered a POUND CAKE for Mother's Day to get it fresh. The menu stated clearly POUND CAKE. These idiots sent me an entire birthday cake. I nicely called to swap it out and the woman who answered the phone sealed their fate. Rude. Rude. Rude. Argued it IS a POUND cake. She refused to hear me out. Uploaded this picture to Door Dash who immediately agreed this was NOT a POUND CAKE. Thanks to Door Dash I was refunded. But don't ever order from here because their service is terrible
Went here today to order a birthday cake for my daughter. I was helped by a very sweet young lady. However, as we concluded our transaction, I asked what she thought about me writing anything on the cake since I had such a large decorative cake topper, & she advised that they could just write “Happy Birthday” on the “board”. I didn’t know what she was referencing when she said “the board”…. so I asked “on the board, what is the board?” Then came this awkward shout “our board”, the young lady whom was helping me looked confused, but had obviously assume the same thing that I did, the miserable representative was addressing my question, although she was attending to another customer? Interesting… It’s safe to say that she was rushing me? & Did not like that the young lady was so helpful & patient with me.. misery always did love company✨ While I am not sure if she is a parent or not, she certainly put a “damper” on my experience while in the bakery, which is ideal for such a sentimental occasion.. I got past it after a few moments but… it was certainly rude, disturbing, and bad review worthy.
I posted this reviews prior to my visit on 3/31/22. I arrived to pick up my daughter's cake for her birthday which was on 3/31 i arrived at 1 pm my cake was supposed to be ready at 12pm. Needless to say I didn't get get cake until 2pm I didn't get to deliver my daughter her cake in time to her school. No one knew where the cake was and I was left with the task of telling my daughter I couldn't make it that day! This is the 2nd order to be messed up in less than a year!I've been going here for 20+ years I am always pleased with the quality of my orders!

I love going to oteris bakery and like some of the staff there very friendly and they products are a little bit better then Denies bakery at least they cakes aren't dry as a damn chip like seriously
