Fun dive bar! The service is excellent and after 4pm you can get one and a half cheesesteaks for the price of a whole. Prices are decent for Center City. The upholstery is totally ripped up from customers which made us laugh!
Always fantastic vibes at Oscar’s especially on the slower nights. Mad is an absolutely wonderful waitress and the rest of the team behind the bar is the best. Thanks for all the memories ??
Looks very dirty. Ordered some wings but was told that the kitchen was closed then a order of wings came out like 10 minutes later. So that was weird but nice people.
I'm surprised of this hole in the wall. The food was decent. The drinks were good. Seats were torn up from customers ripping them up so they don't waste the time to fix them. It was interesting...

Nice local bar in the middle of Center City. Not high price; very reasonable. I was there late on Sunday. Kitchen was closed But during week, they have a great roast beef sandwich; which for Center City, you can beat price.
Wife and I were recommended this place by a stranger on the subway train. Glad we went because we had a great time. Met some people and stumbled out with good memories!
One of the few old school downtown Philly bars remaining. I love this place. Cash only! Adding I normally go during the early evening.
