Asian Japanese Bubble Tea
(215) 382-5555

Not sure where to start! Staff don’t really care who comes in, it’s like they don’t even want your business at all! The machine said you couldn’t order bubble tea even though the time frame was till 9:30 and we were there in the early evening hours! We asked a question to the first waitress and she didn’t really answer, walked off, then the second waitress we asked about how many rolls do we get and then she walked off and the last and final question was about bubble tea to the first waitress. She said just order with her and not the machine and didn’t ask about it done in or take away. And when we said we want to eat in she said it’s fine you can pick up your food and eat. When we went to take a seat the second waitress came back and said why are we sitting when we ordered take out. I said you didn’t even ask us what we wanted to do and you both weren’t really helpful. She said you can order with her the waitress as she serves it, so next time remember that, I said no chance there will be a next time!! Seriously a really rubbish and lousy service by staff, cheer up it’s Friday and people want to dine out so be kind and helpful. Will not be returning back to this restaurant.

Absolouty the dirtiest restaurant ever...old goo on our table, pools of dripping water from overhead piping standing in the floor....and a rat..yes a RAT scuttled between booths as we watched! We informed our hostess...she said it was due to the construction...gross

DON'T GO HERE!!! The waiter will never show up to take your order. In face, the dude just came once and then he never showed up again. One of my party staff had to go to the front and ask for the waiter to take the check after we waited for 20 mins with the check. They also add gratuity by default, which is awful because I did not to tip this awful scam service.

Already lower end quality sushi, and rolls are very underpacked compared to other places. The plus side was that their prices were on the cheaper end to make up for this, however now that the 3 roll combo is increased to almost $18 it’s just a rip off for the portion and quality of the rolls. It is possible that if you eat at the restaurant you will be served a better meal, but speaking for their takeout, it’s not that good and often have problems with quality, size, and or freshness

I’m particular about the freshness of sushi or fish in general. “Spicy” or mashed sushi makes me nervous because I can’t tell freshness. I’m going to need more than “that’s how it is” when something looks old.Weeding out the bad international food places is challenging - some you get what you get (this place) ; others explain and accommodate needs. Maybe a fun experience for students but I’ll pass.Try not skimming on ginger, charge extra. Not everyone likes to drown sushi in soy sauce.

The service was fantastic, soup tasty, and the sashimi amazing. If you go here and like sashimi at all, you need to try it. It arrived fresh off the fish for us.

I have only had their food delivered and it’s been great so far. Good sushi at good prices -pick 3 rolls is a steal. Their soup is good too. I haven’t had any of their other dishes but they are my go-to sushi spot in west Philly.

Love their any three roll sushi menu.

I went on a Friday night. This is the loudest drunkest Japanese restaurant I have ever experienced. It was funny until it became annoying. My soup came to the table immediately and then it took forever for my sushi to arrive. Food was good though.

Please be wary of this place!!!! I went because it has such a good deal and sushi is generally expensive but it was not worth it!! I got terrible terrible food poisoning from this place, I was so sick for about 3 days after going, it was awful. Not worth risking your health to save a few bucks, please be wary!!
