It’s a nice little place with a good ambiance and service. Unfortunately, these reviews boil down to the food and the sushi here was bottom tier. I didn’t try anything else. If you go don’t order the sushi.
Came for ramen and sat a bar seat on a cold night. ‘‘Twas delicious
Nunu was excellent. It's either your perfect late lunch or a first date spot as a classy, casual yet impressive dinner for 2. I caught up with my bestie over some lemongrass chicken bahn mis and Vietnamese Iced Coffees paired with the sweetest service. I wish this was around the corner from me.

Had a great time and good food. And I’m vegan so lots of options ❤️
Super annoyed. We were provided 2 slices of ginger and a small portion of wasabi. This was to accompany 3 rolls of sushi. Really?
Small sushi rolls. So disappointed. This amount was $27.
We had a great time at Nunu mostly because the food was excellent. We had the pork belly platter and that buns were light and pillowy and the pork belly crispy. Everything that came with it, including the complex chojang sauce and the coleslaw that had notes of ginger, all were great and the platter is for 2 people, so the price is very good. We also had the steamed Pac-Man buns with the fried chicken, also good, and the crispy beef and kimchi dumplings. Compared to a dumpling house we had recently done, allow me to say the dumplings here were more tasty, with more complex flavors and more emphasis to detail. We also tried a couple nagiri just to try the fish and the quality is up there for sure. All in all a very pleasurable experience. We had an added 3% tip for the back of the house, which didn't add much to our tab BUT if cooks and chefs should be paid better that's the responsibility of the restaurant not of the customers. This culture where everyone needs to get tipped as if the restaurant's owners are not responsible to pay reasonable wages to their employees is outrageous. If you can't pay your employees better, maybe you shouldn't own a restaurant, sorry.
We ordered $55 worth of sushi. It was good. Not outstanding nor bad. The problem is that it looked like a kid's portion. I didn't expect 5 lbs worth of sushi but nor did I expect two plastic containers with itty bitty pieces.
Excellent drinks! I was a bit disappointed with the shrimp tempura roll, it was very dry and flavorless. The land and sea roll wasn’t great either. I would probably go back one day for happy hour.
