Generous portion size. Free hot pot or Korean BBQ on your birthday! I really like the fish dumplings (new). I hope they keep it on the menu.
Customer service is terrible doesn’t acknowledge issues with guest. Management will not at the the minimum apologize for a disgusting roach ? in water. Instead of Deescalating the situation they decided to threaten with the cops. I will be getting the health department involved. If they have BABY roaches in the WATER cups imagine what else they have. ????????????????????????????????????????????? @NineTing ????????????????? @NineTing????
They have roaches in their drinks.
Roaches in the water, terrible customer service. Disgusting place, don’t waste your time!!
Korean Hot Pot & BBQ, Nine Ting, it was a unique place, found while walking around Philadelphia china town after work. Lots of choices for hot pot items, price for all you can eat was reasonable, you can pick 2 to 3 different choices of soup base. Many different choices for sauce and toppings. Dessert drink was unique and refreshing!Friendly staffs, great service and fun environment.
Attentive staff and good food! I've been here twice so far and both times I left satisfied! I would recommend that when you are ordering food that you order a few at a time. While the tables are quite large, the many plates they have will fill it up. Take your time, consolidate your orders and don't be shy about asking for more as your go along!
LOVE KOREAN BBQ BUT DIDN’T LOVE THIS PLACE So I’ve had Korean BBQ at quite a few places and this place was the most expensive with the food not being as good as some other cheaper places - about $33/person.They don’t give you rice paper, they charge you for $2 for sodas in the can (AND they don’t give you refills) their floors were slippery and the upkeep was just alright - ripped seats, cracked tables, old scissors to cut the meat, dingy cups, etc. The service for our table was really SUPER spotty which was disappointing.ALSO THEY CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA 20% FOR FOOD YOU DO NOT EAT! Luckily I read the small fine print prior to us starting our ordering but they should really mention that to people before hand. I understand not wanting people to waste food, but the sneakiness of it was the odd part.Overall it’s just okay if you don’t have another option but I wouldn’t go again. ??♀️
All You can eat options for either hotpot $26.99 per person or BBQ $ 31.99 per person. The foods are ok but the service is good. Servers are very nice.
Worst ramen I’ve ever been provided. I ordered on under eats and it showed up like this, exactly as pictured. The noodles were so soggy and the soup was the texture and consistency of water.
Dining at Nine Ting was an average to below average experience. The 3 star rating validates the efficiency of the service, however if you are hoping for friendly or helpful service, another venue will be better suited. The floors were also a significant problem area. There was a combination of grease and moisture that made it difficult to walk when in the main seating area. To end our night we were all but pushed out the door at closing. The experience could have been much better with a friendly and helpful staff... Do Better
