Didn’t even put cheese on my chicken cheese steak which is usually on point but this time no?? forgot the ranch sauce for the chicken tenders (which were soggy ) and gave me 3 honey hot sauces.. like what sense does that make if you specifically ordered ranch lol??♂️and when I called the store to specifically ask for cheese whiz on my sandwich before hand, the women that answered sounded like she was in the wrong line of work cause she definitely had an attitude for no reason..smh 3rd and final time ordering from here
I have been ordering from here over 3 years and I had a hair in my food. Never had this problem before. I don’t have blonde hair the lady admitted to having blonde hair. Instead of them helping me they tried to say I’m scamming. No one has to scam y’all when I’ve been spending money with y’all for 3 years. At that point y’all could of took the food back and gave me either a new meal or my refund. And like I said don’t have to scam for $34 when I didn’t have a problem with the chicken and I never had a problem before until I had hair in my shrimp. And it’s sad cause y’all do have delicious food. Yalll just wasn’t being sanitary obviously.
Usually good .. I ordered recently again thru there website (delivery) and the wings weren’t sauced entirely which sucked cause the honey hot sauce was good the chicken-cheese steak was good I had some overcooked pieces that were chewy but overall they lived up to their name with the food
The owner of this restaurant is a man of honesty and great integrity. I ordered a DoorDash that couldn’t be delivered because the driver got hurt, yet the owner did his very best to rectify the situation and ensured I didn’t go to bed hungry all while tending to his staff at 2am. This speaks volumes about the ethics and principles of this place. Plus the food was flavorful and amazing!
I am re writing my review to reflect a positive one as the concern I posted was immediately addressed. I will not go into details but I was made aware of a particle issue which caused a little friction but the owner personal caught up to me a few blocks away and explained things and promised he will explain the confusion to the other party. I am satisfied that this issue is resolved
This is the first time I have ordered from here and I am glad I did. I receivedmy order in a timely manner and the food was delicious.
Food is usually great, but I waited 3 hours for my delivery and it never showed. The folks that answer the phones repeatedly lied and said it was on its way after two calls. If they'd just been honest from the start I would have been able to order something else.
Was in Philly for a couple days, and there was nothing else available for delivery at 2AM–Thank goodness for Night Owl! The order came super fast, great communication, and it tasted great! Would order again if I'm ever back in this city.
Always have phenomenal service, quick delivery, and great late night munchies. These guys are my go to! Don’t sleep on em!
The chicken cheese steaks were delectable; however, for the price charged, they were too small. Also- I thought I obtained free french fries with the cheesesteaks as it was on the menu. And- the mild buffalo wings were immensely bland and very small cheese cake size were deplorable. [For $4 and change, it was horrible. I expected a larger size.] I was very disappointed that I spent $48.00. To take advantage of the customer is diabolical and greedy. I would like a refund!!!!
