The 5 of us had a great time. The staff and food was good.
Went to Nick's for the first time tonight. I have lived in Philly for over 35 years and never had a chance to check them out. Do not wait like I did lol. Good food, great service, nice welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely visit again and I do recommend them to anyone.
Road pass many times. Decided to stop today had a roast beef and fries. Fries were good sandwich was on point what tipped it over the top was the two cold❄ tap beers. Server was very nice
The food is great, the roast beef is definitely the best, and the buffalo chips (fries ) and a cold one go perfect with it. And the cheese cake is a great desert. We'll definitely be back.
Only went in to see a local band playing but it was a typical Nick's visit. The food is pretty good but the conditions are more dive bar than restuarant. Overall a good experience, definitely more an adult place to go after dark though.
Ordered to go for lunch. There were maybe 6 tables eating. Place was very clean. Bartender glued to her phone and had RBF. Never smiled and seemed miserable to be there. Bottled coke was ice cold and Tacos and Club were good. Maybe Ill try again on a weekend night. 3 stars for the food and great prices. Would have been a 4 or 5 had I had at least good customer service.
Food is good, but they will rip you off so watch you bill. Manager is very rude and refuses to fix anything as well. Charged me $7.99 for a salad that is advertised on their menu as $2.99 and made me pay the $7.99.
My father passed away on a Tuesday and Nick's was able to book us a room for dinner within 2 days notice!!... The room was clean and employees were respectful!!...They had different food to chose from and the food was excellent!!I would recommend Nick's to everyone, especially if you are on time constraints.
It had been a while since we had been to Nicks. The menu changed quite a bit but fit the better. Ashlynn was our server and she was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant and attentive server! Probably the best we ever had there. The food was really good and the love music was great. We were there for an early set and the musician was fabulous. Definitely worth going again.
Went here for lunch. Ordered the famous roast beef sandwich w/au jus and provolone cheese. A side order of fries as well. While the beef was okay, I have to admit that the waitress (excuse me for not remembering her name) was absolutely fantastic and spot on with the service ? ?
