Great lunch with our favorite waitress Lindsay!!!

Outdoor sidewalk seating on a quiet side street. Cozy vibe inside. Reuben and shepherd's pie were good. Delicious strawberry Moscow mule!

Great neighborhood Irish pub that’s been a staple for years. Solid food, great drinks, excellent staff. If you are staying in University City, don’t miss this place

We has such an awful experience at this place. They were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. my friends and I walked in first of all, all of them were hurdled in the corner, not asking any of us how they can help us or anything- this should have been a sign. So I approached one of he servers and said we were there for happy hour and ask whether we could sit at a bar or the table. We were told HH will be over soon. I ask ok so if we want to order food, where do we sit, he said we could sit anywhere. Mind you the whole time, there two other servers sitting down next to him clearly in earshot. So we found a table and sat. Then this waitress who was sitting next to him came and said if we wanted to order. We said yes and she rudely tossed menus on the table and said "we don't sit ourselves here, next time make sure you ask". As appalled as we were, we all said, we did ask, and we were told we could sit. Then she told us we were lying and no one told us that. Needless to say we just left. We clearly weren't the kind of clientele they want and I was not about to subject myself to this. You cannot have an establishment with people who are this rude! I guess they don't really cater to people of a certain hue. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't frequent this place.

Great pub atmosphere, delicious, cold beers…food, not so much. Wife had a salad with salmon, I had the fish and chips. Their salmon seemed to be baked, not grilled, and was mushy. The fish and chips was not good. If they improved on their food, they’d be in really good shape given their location.

Very busy pub + restaurant. If you’re weary about social distancing and COVID exposure, I wouldn’t recommend going in the evening as it’s pretty jam packed. Great cocktails that are reasonably priced, try their heated strawberry margarita (signature/seasonal)!

Went during March Madness at like 8 o'clock so it was packed but service was relatively quick. Food was good! Mixed drinks were decent. They also have a giant Moscow mule for like $75 and I'm like omg I'd try that if we had more people. Targeted to a younger crowd. I'd go here again.

We only had a light lunch, so I can't speak on the full menu. Loved the cheesesteak egg rolls. Great pub atmosphere. Convenient university city location.

Get the cheesesteak egg rolls, that is my recommendation above anything else here. I could have ate several servings of these and been completely satisfied! Ate here after visiting the Penn Museum and needing something light for lunch, ordered the chicken tenders and egg rolls and a beer, was absolutely perfect and hit the spot. Staff was friendly and made sure to check in regularly. The atmosphere was a little loud, but it is an Irish Pub adjacent to a college campus so don't be surprised by that, and it didn't take anything away from the experience. Decent selection of beer and drinks available and the prices were not too bad. Would definitely go back (if only for more of those egg rolls)!

A true Pub. Several draft beers on Tap. Unique decor and a feeling of being in a bar/ restaurant that has a lot of history. Located on the University of Penn's campus. Delicious sandwiches and starters and the best warm bread pudding in the area.
