Small no frills menu. Ramen was excellent, including their vegan option. Great vibes all around

This place is a gem! We came here after receiving poor service at Terakawa and the difference was incredible. Not only was the staff super welcoming. The food was incredible. Best chashu I’ve ever had and their noodles are made in-house.Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for high quality ramen. We were blown away by our experience. We will be coming back soon!!

Amazing ramen -- especially the housemade noodles which are INCREDIBLE! Love the vegan/vegetarian options. Service is top notch, thank you Lindsay and GM Lenin!

The food was good but it didn't stand out from other good ramen restaurants in Philadelphia. I also found it a bit unusual that the patrons obtain their own utensils and napkins and bring it to their table. I'm not sure if this is a staffing limitation, a covid-19 protocol, or simply a dining aesthetic with which I'm not familiar.

I called this the best ramen place in the neighborhood! A bit salty when you get to the end but definitely acceptable. Highly recommend! Make sure you join the wait list online before you go.

Best ramen in Philly - the ramen is flavorful with top-notch ingredients. The staff is really friendly and are eager to share how they source ingredients and how each bowl is prepared. This place is a smaller spot, but they have a cute patio in the back with heaters if the indoor seating is full. Another plus is that they can make most items vegetarian or vegan. Definitely check this place out!

Overrated and pretentious. Called ahead of time to ask if the spot was BYOB and if they had a table for six people, they said YES TO BOTH AND TO COME OVER. When we came in, five minutes later, they pretended to not have a table for us when the people in front of us were told to sit at either of the two large tables, but the worst part of if was the attitude the cashier had. She literally wagged her finger at us for not having a reservation like we were five.

Love Neighborhood Ramen! One of my favorite go to spots if I need a bowl of ramen!

My fiancée and I have been trying to find mazesoba near us since our return from Japan. This is the only place in Philly that offers it and their maze brings me back nostalgic memories of my first mazesoba in Shibuya. The shoyo ramen is worth the try too . Great and friendly staff here as well. We’ve been here 5 times since first discovering in June 2021! This and Terekawa are the only places we will get ramen in the city but this is the ONLY place in Philly for Mazesoba

I had the Tan-Tan and my friend had the tori patten I think it’s called. It’s not traditional ramen and I did not enjoy the TanTan at all but I wouldn’t call it bad, just not my taste. The broth tasted like chili and was overpowered wiry a black pepper flavor. The noodles were good but too thin for my taste. The price is insane though for what you get even if you think this tastes good. The “Tori Patten” is literally chicken noodle soup. I couldn’t believe it, neither could my friend, we are still laughing about it honestly. The foods not bad, I want to be fair but don’t go here expecting traditional ramen. It’s more of a soup shop than a ramen shop. The atmosphere and experience is really cheap even while paying a premium for a ramen bowl. Tables, chairs, front desk all cheaply made of plywood. It really felt Felt dirty which is especially jarring with covid. The staff was incredible though. The young lady working the front desk did a great job explaining their different bowls ?
