One of the best samosas I’ve eaten. I only tried the chicken samosa which has a buttery flaky crust. Well seasoned with a-little spice. It even warms up well the next day. I always make it a point to visit this restaurant when I go to Reading Terminal.

I am a regular customer here because I used to really enjoy the food and they had great portion sizes (I understand the changes due to pandemic and increased costs, but the slither of salmon over white rice I received for about $14 today was ridiculous). The chicken korma and rice is also one of the few dishes my picky toddler will eat. However, I do find the owner or manager to be extremely rude…. I get food there at least once a week and have never once been greeted with a smile or hello or told thank you (though I have seen him be extra nice to some tourists, readily offering smiles and samples). That bothers me enough to not want to return, though the others who work there are very nice. Additionally, sometimes they completely forget to add any salt to the food. It’s bizarre how inconsistent the food can be in terms of flavor and spice level. However, I could live with that if I wasn’t treated rudely.

The Curry chicken and yellow rice was very tasty. I would definitely go back for more

NO FLAVOR. The food looks so good that I have tried it 4-5 times. But it always disappoints. No flavor! Maybe because it's dairy free? No ghee? I don't know. I wish it was good because there is no other Indian food in RTM.

The Samosa was way too greasy and the grease was hard to wipe out. I wonder what oil was used.

This place was one of the less busy places in Reading but worth checking out. There are a few curry options that all seem great but I just got one of the chicken ones and enjoyed it quite a bit.The smallest curry size is probably big enough for a meal because that’s what I got and had no complaints. The guy who was running the place that day was also friendly and easily answered a couple questions I had about the curry I got.I’d like to say I would go back, but there’s just so many places to eat in Reading, that I’d probably want to try something new every time.

Chicken Tikka Masala was old and nasty. The samosas were so oily we couldn’t eat them. The garlic naan was stale. We had to throw away the whole order. We don’t usually leave reviews but I’m this case felt totally disgusted with this place. I don’t understand it, as a business owner you get the opportunity to have a prime location in a busy market and you don’t make the best of it. Mesmerizes me. Continue like this and you’ll be forced to close.

i was super eager to eat here due to the smells and great looking food! the service was great and reasonable prices for an amazing meal!

The gentleman behind the counter was very professional and friendly. Good food, good prices, and the plain naan was wonderful, as well as the mango lassi. I look forward to returning, the next time I visit the Reading Terminal Market, as I want to try the samosa bowl.

Had the Coconut curry chicken and it was the bomb. Real good authentic Indian food. Spicy but tolerable. Enjoyed it very much.
