Hands down the best tapioca pearls in the city. My favorite is the 3Q Milk Tea -- all of the ingredients continue to flavor the drink as you go. The price is very competitive for the taste, especially compared to other bubble tea shops nearby.

Idk if it was the owner or manager at the Washington Ave location, but he communicated very well when they were having a delay and really made up for the inconvenience. Mr. Wish is my preferred bubble tea shop in general.
Got a tiger milk tea . Tasted okay. The milk taste is quite diluted. It would be nice if they can make accustom drinks to customers liking.
This bubble tea hit the spot - i ordered milk tea but with no sugar and it was the perfect sweetness. Boba was still warm too!

The tea here is simply amazing, if you are not from Philly and are visiting from elsewhere, you should definitely try this spot! Philly is the city for bubble tea. They don't skimp on their toppings and the quality is awesome!
