If you have never tried this it will become very addicted for you and comes in all sizes and flavors.
Morrone's is the best in water ice. I believe they all come from the same source. I'm comfortable making the trip to any one of them. If they were less than 5 stars I'd say so!
I come here on my way home for the ice cream cones. I love custard. When it gets really hot -- that's when I switch over to water ice. My favorite ice cream cone is the half and half chocolate and vanilla WAFFLE cone with jimmies. My favorite water ice is tangerine with a little bit of mango and cherry..OMG! SOOOOO GOOD! Hopefully you luck up and there isn't a line. The line can be wrapped around the corner on a hot day. I went yesterday because it was raining and I knew no one would be out there. I was right! Only one person in line...so I lucked up!
I must say better than Rita's and 2nd to Freds water ice on 54 and Chester ave

Always a long wait all the time! I picked up 2-2.5 gallons of waterice on Saturday June 4th. I was given the wrong flavor, but of course I didn't know until I got to my event and couldn't go back to return it. While the mango was gone and crowd favorite the "cotton candy " was only requested 3x!! WASTED $25!!!Please tell me why the ice cream/waterice scooper was $15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The same one you'd get from Target or Walmart for $4.97-$7.99??♀️??♀️????♀️??

This is the best water ice in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.The staff is always fast,efficient and courteous.I also enjoy the hours of operation. I can get water ice,warm cheese Pretzels and funnel cake and more all hours of the day and night????
