The woman at register was the nastiest person I've ever encountered in my life! She was miserable before it was even my turn to pay. I was paying and holding my dog on my left arm facing away from register. Lady said, "you better get that dog away from me. I don't want it breathing on my face. You better get someone to get that dog away now! I'm telling you right now! You're not even supposed to have that thing in here anyways." I showed her I had a service dog. She said, "everyone lies and says they have a service dog and they're not." Anyways she was rude and just a miserable person in general. Seemed very impatient, not just with me but with other customers as well. They need to put her in the VERY back where no one has to deal with her. We purchased 12 pretzels, 3 pretzels dogs with cheese, extra cheese, 3 Lemonades. All was delicious but unfortunately hard to enjoy it after dealing with the devil.
Again, had to swing by after watching Mark Wiens and JL Jupiter’s video of the Reading Terminal on YouTube. My wife is a huge pretzel fan, and she met her match here. We ordered a regular soft pretzel (with some cheese dip because why not). The pretzel was buttery, soft, and had great flavor. Not to mention they also had a plethora of pretzel combinations for meals. Pretzel wrapped sausages, stuffed pretzel hot pocket like rolls, etc. Honestly everything looked amazing and it made my already overly full self want to stuff myself more with everything they had. You can’t go wrong with anything here. Great people and great food.
Miller’s pretzels are the best pretzels I’ve ever had. They’re crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Super buttery and delicious. I always get the cinnamon sticks and pretzel dogs. Such a great spot to get a good soft pretzel in Philly !!
Definitely wanted a soft pretzel in Philly and glad we went here. Bought pretzels, cheese dip and my husband got a cheesesteak pretzel rollup - which he loved. I can't say the cheese was very favorable but it was nice to have something to dip the pretzel in. I should have tried their fresh made lemonade. My mistake, I'm sure!
Heard this was the place to go! It didn't disappoint. Delicious and fast service and freshly made pretzels. Highly recommended
Loved it.. again being vegetarian enjoyed the ice-cream here … good variety and great taste… fast service and boy was good to respond immediately about what I was looking for!!
Very tasty pretzels, we visited on a couple of occasions during our trip and tried both salted and cinnamon. As well as eating it was also good to watch them being made.
The soft pretzels at Miller's are so extraordinary that no mall pretzel will ever compare. The dough is perfectly yeast flavored and dunked in butter that pulls apart wonderfully before you dip it in mustard and wash it down with the fresh squeezed lemonade. While waiting in line, you can see the workers roll and twirl the dough in shape. We got the six pack of pretzels to bring home.
Cheese steak pretzel roll was excellent
We heard from reviews and from locals that this place had amazing pretzels. So when stopping by Reading Terminal Market (which is required for tourists visiting Philadelphia) we order a soft pretzel. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside Warm, and super tasty. Just try it!
