Very nice place! Sat at a booth and our waitress came and got our drinks orders quickly. Took a little while to receive them, but nothing worth crying about. Drinks were delicious, and my food was served fresh and HOT, which was much appreciated. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fish was nicely battered but could use a little seasoning or just a bit of salt. Fries were nice and crispy, seasoned nicely as well. Tartar sauce, which I don't prefer for my fish, was pretty good. Check took a while to come out but I assume it was a bit of a dinner rush.
Good fast sitdown restaurant that serves drinks, food and more. Drinks are relatively cheap, food is good, staff was fast and friendly.
GNO with my besties was great! Great choice for appetizers, dessert, & great conversation.
I've visited Miller's Ale House in several locations. This was my first time at this location although not my first visit to a Miller's restaurant since the pandemic. The food, as always was very good. The service, this time, was a bit off. You could tell that our server was new. In a post-COVID world, this is to be expected. Most businesses are having a hard time obtaining, training, and retaining good help. However, there are some things that can't be overlooked. For example, we had to wait for silverware and napkins AFTER our food was served because the server had not yet provided them. We had ordered unsweetened iced tea; we were never told the restaurant was out of lemons - we overheard the next table making the same request. At least they were offered lemons. Finally, the men's room was not very clean, with an overflowing trash can and an empty towel dispenser.
Great atmosphere, love the sports bar aesthetic. So much salt - don't come here if you have high blood pressure or any other health conditions. We ordered a range of items on the menu (including a vegetarian burger and flatbread) and the whole plate, including the lettuce and tomato, were covered in salt. Just about every entree has a high sodium warning next to it - most exceed your daily intake.Overall, the vibe is great and if you're looking for comfort food, they will not disappoint.
Great food! Service was good except our waitress didn't right anything down for some reason. Except for a beer mix up, everything else was correct. The Pull and Pop Glazed Donuts were amazing.
Food is fair. But the service was poor during a Wednesday night that didn't look busy at all. Maybe there were 4 or 5 tables occupied in the whole entire restaurant. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for our table that turned into 30 minutes. Then another 20 minutes before we were greeted at our table. I understand there is a labor shortage, but there should be better communication.
Waited a short time drinks came quick appetizer was nice and hot and food was good and dessert
I was having Lunch at the Ale House in Hunters creek, when the manager decided to take tape off of the wall by the TV's at the Bar. It was left over from the football season. There were guest sitting at the bar as he was reaching over them to get it off with a pair of pillars. I asked him if he really had to do that now and he replied "why yes I do. Even though he was pulling stuff off hat was falling down on the bar. This guy has NO consideration for the guest and I doubt he has ever been in F&B before getting this job. Was he even thinking about what he was doing. I don't think so. Just STUPID If Any of you would like to chat about this please call me. 407-409-2474
We stopped in to enjoy an afternoon lunch. We patiently and quietly waited 15 minutes in the lobby and had not yet been acknowledged by the host. Only two other parties where present in the lobby. The host would scan the entrance avoiding eye contact and walked past us to exit the building twice.Meanwhile the front bar was completely empty an unopened, the dining area appeared to be 1/3 full. Servers and other uniformed staff where hanging around looking bored and on their phones snapping photos with co workers. This is the second attempt to eat here since the pandemic began with a similar disinterest in actually acknowledging and seating customers. We left and had a lovely lunch elsewhere.
