This is about as mediocre as it gets. Its not a great time but it's not the worst. Smoke all you want no problems there but I have to say watch yourself by the pool table, awesome enough that it's free but at the same time the people who play there are not that good but really serious so if you are a bit too close to the table they freak out... Every single time. So unless you play stay away from the pool table.
