Good drink, good ambiance, good vibes, good people. Doug is a great bartender. Apt to make conversation with a lone newcomer and was quick to talk up the owners of a competing bar as good people. That speaks volumes.
Listen…McCusker’s is the coolest bar in Philadelphia. Just a down to earth, south philly bar with great music and pop culture art and figurines everywhere. McCusker’s is a place where everyone gets along, there’s 3.50 Yuengs and the Phillies on TV.
Chill environment with a very local, friendly crowd.
Nice place. Owners been there 53 yrs. Clean and reasonable. Great local pub!
