Wonderful Asian bakery a couple doors down from Ho Sai Gai. Delicious tasting and could not believe how the low prices. Will be going again ?

First time today - liked their Vietnamese coffee (not too sweet), and tried their coconut cream bun - REALLY good. Will go back to try their other baked goods. Relatively cheap prices, too.

top tier place !!! i have always loved their egg tarts + pastries but i tried their iced coffee for the first time today and oh my god??? for the price point? cant beat it
i will think about this iced coffee everyday for the rest of my life. it was incredible and only $2.50!
We had a coconut cream bun and sesame ball still warm. Both were delicious, I would highly recommend grabbing a couple of things for a breakfast for two that is under $5.

Very good baked goods
I tried this place for the first time last week. I got some of the buns, a slice of cheesecake, and an entire roll cake. Everything was delicious!!! Would highly recommend!They do require cash payments, but also take Venmo.
