Loving the breakfast we go every other weekend. The service is always good. Eggs, turkey sausage, and pancakes on point! We make it here around 8:30am. We eat in take our time and leave out tummy's filled and happy! Nothing like good breakfast food!
I am 72. I went to diner when I was a kid. It was great then and it is once again great. Good food, wait staff, clean n shiny. For a while diner was not good. When these owners took over the food once again is excellent. Hooray!
Great service. Good food. Reasonably priced. Off street parking. No outdoor seating. Locals have been eating here for many years.
We have always loved going to the mayfair diner. unfortunately our food took a long time and there was hardly anyone in the place. They never told us why. But it was delicious when it came and the waitress was wonderful. 2 hamburger meals and a cheese steak meal. Very clean and nice new update to it.
Food was great! Rosa was very polite and kind! The only thing is a simple bagel with cream is $3.50 wow . Other than that everyone was great and the environment is very family oriented! Kudos to the waitress that works there.
I love this places Onion Soup and Onion rings my on-Yan map it plus it's know in history for it's Presidential Speech to public and Last 8 remember was President Clinton's visit to Philadelphia Mayfair Dinner has been around for decades and first bridge is right down the street.
There was very little waiting. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The waitress made suggestions after I described what I wanted. She was so helpful snd so friendly. I can't wait to go back. It's been a long time since I've eaten at a diner and this experience is making me crave more of the good comfort food they serve. Overall, a great combination of good food and friendly people. Definitely worth going to. I know I will be back.
Food was good, fast service, waitress was really nice. Lady at front counter a little intense regarding masks. You wear it for two seconds and then take it off at the table and they don't do social distancing regarding the tables so it made no sense. But over all good diner.
Made my order, added it up manually to 33.79 to get an idea of what I’d be paying. Went to pick up my food and was charged 65. Was told their online prices are outdated, and that I needed to get a paper menu. Still paid for the food, because they already made it and I was already there to get it. A few extra dollars would’ve been understandable, but if your prices are doubled, you need to update your online menu, or just take it down completely if you’re too busy. I didn’t go over every single item I ordered, but I was told French toast with bacon alone went from 6.99 (price displayed online) to 14$. Food wasn’t bad, average diner breakfast, but I was truly taken aback on the price being doubled from what they have on their website.
Classic diner. Good food. Remember going there when I was a child.
