The service can be slow deoending on how full the location is but the bagels are greats and at a great price

Nice little place to enjoy breakfast. The food was good, and the service was quick.

Used to be my favorite breakfast spot, would stop by everyday before work when I was pregnant. Now every time I go in, there’s new people. Just went there today for a BLT. New person didn’t wrap my bagel right and so when I took the wrapped bagel out the bag, half my bagel fell on the floor. Not very pleased.. I used to love going here, it’s just not the same anymore.

Really?!? Where is the cream cheese and bacon I ordered??? Over $6 for a nearly plain bagel.

So I literally work next door to this place and have come in a few times for coffee and a bagel. The last two times I have come here I have literally left without ordering a thing. I have noticed the customer service here needs some work. I have walked in and the workers will not stop what they are doing to even acknowledge you. I have stood in line to order and five minutes had went by and not one employee greeted, acknowledged or even took an order. I get it certain times of the day it's really busy, however if you can't speak to the customers that are buying your product, maybe you are in the wrong line of business.

Excellent choice for hearty bagels! Loved the sweet service and quality of food. 10/10 recommend trying them out when you’re in town. ?

If you been to Einstein Bagels, Manhattan gives off the same experience, and that's not a bad thing. Check out their Sante Fe breakfast bagel sandwich, solid coffee or other baked goods.

How can you not love the Asiago Bagel what I don't understand is and maybe it's just me but they actually charge you to toast your Bagels go online and try to buy 3 Bagels reg and then toasted & see the difference in price

I love that place! Especially the cashier Lady today! Thanks for the chat

I’m born and raised In the NYC area. I’m no bagel expert and can’t compare the two. This place does a decent job of producing a NYC style bagel. The line moves quickly depending on the time of day. I got an everything bagel and an Asiago one.
