ordered online-easy pick up great burgers, fries. no sauces on the side for us, will remind them, next time.
Atmosphere was great! Food delicious and not too pricey! Staff great, friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be back!
I had been going here occasionally since they opened. The burger and fries are solid. Sometimes when I'm working overnight in the area, I call in a takeout order on my way to work and pick it up. Yesterday I went to call in my order and they refused to take it over the phone. They told me I needed to go to some website and order it through some sort of ordering system I'm not familiar with. I don't have time for that when I'm on my way to work. So I rush over there to order in person and when I get to the counter, the guy refuses to take my order at the counter. I don't appreciate being treated this way and having my time wasted so I'm gonna find a new takeout burger place
I ordered a salad and a smoothie.. the salad ? was wilted with old lettuce ??♀️ I was truly disappointed for a $20 order…I will not be returning…Just because you specialize in burgers ? doesn’t mean that you screw up the rest of the menu
I’ve always been pleased with the food I get from here, but today they really exceeded my expectations. They forgot to pack my salad dressing and when I called they apologized and sent me my dressing and a bonus milkshake. Currently my partner and I are quarantined because we have Covid and this little extra treat really made our day. Thank you!
Good milkshakes. I got cookies and cream and loved it . I also grabbed a strawberry banana smoothie that wasn't good at all . I will definitely give the burgers a try
The place is okay. Burger tasted pretty fresh, although for the price (I realize Bidenflation is a factor) it was pretty small. Potato fries were pretty good, but the ketchup I asked for was not provided. When I checked out, I selected receipt but there was no paper so I got none. I ordered a fountain drink and it wasn't working when I went over. Told the fella and he said he'd get to it if he could. There were apparently only two of them working and there was a stream of orders. Well, 25 minutes later I was done and there was no move on the fountain. So I cleaned up and put the cup back on the counter and left. So, that's $2.49 they scammed me out of. Look, fair enough, but bad management is how these places go out of business and job 1 (among the other job 1s) in food service is at night when you close and in the morning when you open, you check all the condiments, sodas, napkins, and so on, clean up and get ready for the rush. If you run out in the middle of the rush, well maybe, but that wasn't the case here. These entitled college students in Newark aren't going to put up with that for long.
Should have taken pics, but it smelled wayyy too yummy to wait, we had to dig in. We got burgers, including their Philly burger, fries and onion rings via delivery. The food arrived fresh, fast, and still hot! It was nicely & neatly packaged. And it was DELICIOUS. We are picky about our burgers, and they were super yummy. Fries & onion rings were perfection as well. Can’t wait to try a salad next time. We will def be back for the burgers! Highly satisfied! :)
Food is excellent, reasonably priced for quality food. The salad was fresh meat was delicious and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Definitely worth checking it out in this lovely community in Philly.
Great burgers with some very quick, efficient and friendly workers. Their prices compared to surrounding restaurants are also a plus. I try and get down there at least once a week.
