I cannot praise the caprese enough. It is sandwich perfection.I also got the pasta salad and it was good, like a pasta version of a 3-bean salad, but in the future I will probably just order the caprese because nothing else is necessary.The potato chips were also quite nice.
Came here right before closing and the person behind the counter was helpful. The ruben was lovely. I have had the tuna salad hoagie in the past. Ruben was with seitan and just the right amount of greasiness. I could come back!
I got two sandwiches, the BLT and the Italian. As a vegan these are two things I have deeply missed. These are two of the best sandwiches I have eaten in my entire life. Highly recommended. Quick prep, friendly staff, perfect.
Highly recommend.We had Italian hoagies, a brownie and coffee cake, and got deli items to take home (so happy to be able to do that again!) and everything was great!Staff was also very kind/friendly, and the hours of operation are optimal.Very excited to have a vegan deli within drivable distance, and in Reading Terminal Market at that!
The vegan Ruben was fabulous! There were MANY enticing options on the menu - all vegan. I wish I could have tried them all!
It was alright. The food was filling but not as flavorful as it could have been. Good service though and I could tell it was being prepared fresh. If you go, I don't recommend the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich (pictured) - try something different.
This place is so cool. I wish I lived in Philly ‘cause I think I’d get the “tuna” salad sandwich every single day. They plopped quite a big hunka the salad atop some rye toast too, which I appreciated. It was an absolute delight to eat. I can’t wait to come back to the city with a cooler so I can try their veggie cold cuts and cheeses at home.
Both breakfast sandwiches are great i’d recommend the “sausage egg and cheese”
This place is amazing! It’s my go to at Reading Terminal. The breakfast sandwiches are especially good and Jordan and Russ just made me an awesome Reuben which reminded me again why I love this place.
I love their Reuben! I have back for it multiple times. Also snagged some sweet treats to enjoy with my lunch each time : )
