Where do you start? The ridiculous system of ordering through an electronic device and so, zero communication with a living person. The prices are absolutely disgraceful. $14 dollars for a pint of Stella?? $10 dollars for an ok chocolate cake! What really gets me is, $48 for 2 beers and a slice of chocolate cake. This place decides to add the gratuity on to your bill without your knowledge. It cost me $7 to get a girl to pull two pints and put a piece of dry cake on a plate! It’s a rip off, lacks any atmosphere and is basically just a horrible experience. Save your money and your sanity and drink elsewhere..
High priced everything. The ordering system is bizarre. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. After 20 minutes, got hot fries but cold sandwich and dry chicken. The wines are ridiculously expensive and all off-label. Staff clearly doesn't give a sh!t. AVOID!!!
The Express Egg Muffin is a 3-egg omelet, with a deep-fried square of some sort of potato/vegetable thing, on an english muffin. Yes, a 3-egg omelent in a breakfast sandwich! It was an oversized mess, with the greasy-square-potato-veg thing leaving a very strange aftertaste. I think this was someone's attempt at kind of an upscale english muffin sandwich, but it falls way flat......Dunkin does a better job This menu selection needs work
Easy to get to. Many off site parking lots also available. From start to finish everything seemed very streamlined. Would recommend for your traveling needs.
I’ve been in at least 100 airports around the world, and this is the absolute worst airport I’ve ever been in. So disorganized, dark, and dingy. Avoid having layovers here if possible. Long lines at customs, unhelpful TSA staff. No loudspeaker announcements.
This airport was filthy. Bathrooms were worse than jiffy Johnny’s. All stores in E closed at 5:30pm so we couldn’t even get a snack for our trip.
I would like for an apology to reach an elevator maintenance man, who was working Sunday 7/5, around 5:45. I was the crazy person in the hat who couldn’t find my car. Until you, I was met with unhelpful staff. You were the most helpful person there, yet I was abrupt and exasperated towards you. I apologize deeply.
