Wait time was less than 5 minutes, service was great (thanks Erica) food was awesome! I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye steak medium well and it was PERFECT!!! Atmosphere was great!!
Went last night with the BF, we both ordered the NY strip med-rare with broccoli and salad. Mine came it out great, BF's steak was small like a ribeye was well done. Our waiter was very attentive towards me, but pretty much ignored the boyfriend?
If you're a steak lover or just love eating good. Longhorn is THE place to eat. The bread is amazing, that wild west shrimp is the best appetizer anywhere and the steaks are ?????? plus that molten lava cake dessert is heaven. Highly recommend eating here with family or friends!
I used to love to go and eat at this particular location to eat.. until almost 2 weeks ago. I always order the steak and lobster with baked potatoe.. always order to go. Food was always so good until a couple of sundays ago.. I ordered a medium well steak lobster tail and baked potatoe. Got home the steak was cooked well done and hard. Baked potatoe was hard and over cooked.. like it was microwave over and over again.. I called and put in the complaint.. the manager took my name and email and said he would send me a gift card.. to my email which I never received. I called them about it.. and they said to wait 5-7 business days.. never received it. Check your food before leaving this place.
The service sucks. First I was told there would be a 20 min wait to be seated after 40 minutes of waiting I decided to just order curbside. When I received the text saying my curbside pick up was ready I then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food. Only to get home and realize items were missing from my order. I called the restaurant the manager Chris assured me the food would be waiting for me to come back. I get back only to have to wait another 6 minutes for my food. Not to mention the attitude I received and no apology and the presentation of the food was horrible. I will never go to this location again. I’m a restaurant owner myself and couldn’t imagine giving horrible customer service as such!!!
The service was good. The menu did not have many items to choose from. I went there with a friend. We ordered wing well done and they weren't crispy at all and had no sauce on them so they can't use sauce as an excuse. The chopped steak was ok. The mashed potatoes had an excessive amount of butter so if you need your digestive system flushed out that'll do the job while clogging your arteries at the same time ? If there is an Outback Steakhouse, a Texas Roadhouse, or any other steakhouse option I would go there before I go here again. I didn't plan on reviewing this place or I would have taken pictures.
I typically receive good food/service when I’ve visited LongHorn in the past and this day I didn’t think I’d have any issues.We were greeted and immediately seated and our server Sarah soon came over to greet us and take our drink orders. She was very patient, attentive, and friendly.Ordered were placed, received our bread, then appetizers and then our meal. I asked for my steak to be medium well and instead received a very well done steak. So much so that the other side of the steak (part that was plate down) was burnt and the part that was plate up was burnt as well but not that bad. I was eating charred meat. Informed our server who was very apologetic and said I could send it back (something I don’t like to do at all and didn’t). She took my plate and soon returned and said she took my entire meal off the bill. I was thankful for her support and made sure she got a lil extra tip on top of the 20%.Everything else with our meal was good and tasty.Oh the one thing I didn’t care for was the French Onion soup. The cheese on top was super chewy. So much so that I thought I had gum in my mouth.
One of the better steak houses in the area. Stopped in today for a filet, was cooked perfect. And was also fast service, and was a good price for what you get.
First timer and I must say I will definitely be back! Our server was amazing and Omg the food was so good. Expected a wait since its a Friday night but there was no wait which made it even better
Always awesome when we go. Today we picked up our order and just wow. Everything was still perfect and delicious. We live 20 mins away and didn't need to reheat anything. The outlaw is my fav 2 of my son's had the porterhouse and one had the T-bone. No complaints at all. Prices are very reasonable and the strawberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette is the truth!
