I have been a fan of Longhorn Steakhouse for quite some time ( pre pandemic). This restaurant in particular was the MOST consistent for food and service and became my favorite. Perhaps the pandemic hit harder than I realized as my visits since the pandemic started have been extremely disappointing. The staff seems much less experienced and not as customer focused as before and each visit the place has not been busy but the service was slow. The food has not been what I was used to pre Covid. I have given it several attempts since I started eating out again and it's not the same. I know my steak temperatures pretty well and each time they have been overcooked , sometimes very overcooked, even after sending them back. I could always count on the perfect meal from this place but sadly I think I will pass. Very disappointed. Maybe in the not so near future I will give it a try but for now ...nope. I did the survey at my last visit and requested to be contacted but got nothing.
Great service. Awesome waiters. Yummy food .lots of seating and plenty parking. Cold brew hot food . I had a perfect valentines day here with my ladie. My experience was super . No problems at all . Ill stop back asap to do this all again.
1/17/22...It has been a long time since weate at Longhorns. They still make some of our favorites. The firecracker wraps, the shrimp with peppers, the French onion soup, and their bread...it's just one of the best around. I had the grilled chicken salad and it was enough for 4 people. We did try something new, their brussel sprouts with honey butter, delicious! Gina, our server, was so very pleasant. Looking forward to the warmer weather and eating here again. Many thanks to the wonderful kitchen staff for providing a clean place and a very delicious meal!They added their firecracker Chicken wraps back on their menu. I had one of the best salads today, the grilled chicken and strawberry salad. The salad was so fresh, the grilled chicken was seasoned perfectly and was juicy and tender. The Mandarin oranges, pecans and feta along with the raspberry vinagarete made it perfect!
As of the date of this review, make sure you have both ID and a copy of your covid card or you will not be seated.Food was delicious. Had the parm chicken with a side of rice. Always tasty food here.

First, I had been sick since before Christmas. Longhorn was my first venture out into the new year, and they did not disappoint!!! My steak was cooked to perfection, and the server Ashley was Amaaazing!!! Lina, and your staff are all-stars in hospitality!! Would love to go back soon!
Service was slow, had a party of 9 but the restaurant was practically empty. Took 30 minutes to get a seat and 20 minutes to get our orders. I understand its the day after Christmas but a host walked right past me as I was trying to get his attention, as we had been there for an hour and a half and were trying to leave. Also the food was mediocre
Steaks were seasoned very well. The server was very nice and helpful. The Ceasars salad was a little over done with dressing. The price was good.
Went to Longhorn on the boulevard today for lunch me and my husband got 20 Avenue ribeye steak we asked for medium well received the steak medium rare whoever was the cook don’t know the difference also we ordered the donuts they have it supposed to get a dozen each we asked for two dozen we did not get two dozen I was supposed to have cinnamon and sugar on them which they didn’t they were very greasy. We were both very disappointing and what we got
