If you want fantastic food at a great price go here. Period. This place is the perfect dive bar for tacos and margaritas in the area. I would also recommend taking one of their”to-go” margaritas pitchers. It may seem like it’s not a lot but when you pour it over ice it’s worth the $35 price point. Been going here for years and will continue, just wish it stayed open last 10:00 like it used to.
My family and I were visiting the area and ran across Loco Pez Fishtown while searching for a local restaurant near our Airbnb. This spot was awesome! Every item we tried was great! Visit them if you are near Fishtown to get a treat! Pictured are the Nachos… Awesome!

Stopped by on a weekday for a quick bite and drink with three other friends. Got seated immediately and the service was great with the waiters being very helpful to make a suggestion when asked for any.Huge sharable portion of nachos which we all loved.Good selection of drinks. Food was reasonably priced and we all loved having the option to select different tacos/burrito/you name it to make your own meal. Everything tasted good, they had a bunch of hot sauces and made some of their won sauces too! Would definitely go back anytime without a second thought.
Every time I have something from Loco Pez, I think about my meal for days. The Spanish rice is exactly how I would want it to be made and the tacos are fantastic. (We've sampled every single taco offering. The conclusion: All delicious!) The only thing I've had there that is so-so is the flan, but that said, it's not bad, just not the freshest, and I still think about getting it every time!
Food was great (we got a burrito, tacos and nachos. Al Pastor was very tasty). Margaritas were great. Only negative was service was a little slow tonight. The people I went with said it usually has much better service, but that's the only reason for the 4 instead of a 5.
I’ve been going to these locations 5-10 times a month for the last year or so. The food is better quality than you’d expect from a $3.00 taco, and I love their al pastor, carne asada, and marg menu items. Sometimes they have specials (birria/pork belly/etc) which are amazing. It’s worth the drive from Jersey (40 min)Unfortunately, I can’t give the full 5 stars. My take-out orders are often incorrect. The specials on the online menu also may or may not be real.
Loco Pez is personally my favorite taco place I have ever been to. All the tacos are simple but taste so wonderful. They are authentic, it's a great place to stop for a quick bite or to grab some drinks and grab something to eat. I always try to stop here while in Philadelphia.
We found this place totally by accident and what a surprise. A little dive place but so perfect. The margaritas were amazing. I had the shrimp bowl for lunch. The service was great. I'll definitely be back.
Really nice servers and the food was amazing. I could live off the nachos alone.
