The whole iPad QR to place an order on your phone is ridiculous. I was charged 3 times for one glass of wine that never went through to the bartender and I never got. Went to the manager (who was nice and gave me a cup to go - one star for that) and I explained what happened and said they will reverse it went they close out that night. They never did that… do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Beware.

Seriously ruined what should be a great experience with the ordering process. You have to scan a qr code on an iPad that is internet connected, but you can't use to order. It just plays through ads the whole time.Food was decent. But just wait at the main terminal (its a 5 minute shuttle ride) and eat there. This is a full service style restaurant (and pricing) with very little service. It's not on the staff. They were nice. But the food didn't come quicker with the site. And if you want another drink, you literally have to go through the whole ordering process again.Again. Staff was good. But fire whoever came up with this idea.

Airport food, but nice selection of beers and alcohol. Broken iPad system, can’t order directly and have to go through hoops with the unusable iPad.

You have to use the tablets or your phone to order. I was there for bfast and many people struggled with it. The staff was great and helped people out. It wasn't busy. I can't imagine what it must be like when it is. Food was decent, eggs a little underdone for over-medium. I didn't see orange juice on the menu for some reason, but meh, I survived on coffee.

Since it is in an actual airport, you have to expect airport food. Service is good, the idea of using an iPad to order is good. It works by you scanning a code into your phone and then using the menu on the phone to order and pay. You never have to touch anything. The two beers we had, an IPA and a Porter, were good. But we wanted cheese steaks. The sandwiches were dry; they had lots of meat but little flavor. We detected no grilled onions! We actually tried BBQ sauce on the sandwiches for kick but it was no help. The fries were good. If this were not an airport, it would rate two stars at most.

Their menu indicates gluten free options, though they weren't friendly about it at all. I ordered a scrambled egg with cheese, bacon, and potatoes. I indicated no toast on my take out order as well as wrote "gluten free" in the notes field. Their kiosk order form says they can't guarantee the notes will be read. I got toast, laid on top of the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. I took it back and they said they would correct it. Then they said the potatoes aren't gf. Fine. They proceeded to hand me a scrambled egg with cheese. I asked if the Bacon was gf and was told no. An $18 scrambled egg with provolone. They refunded it when I requested, though it should have never come to that. If you can't safely do gf, don't offer gf.

I rarely order from this place, because the food is so pricey. I got salmon and Brussel sprouts without the bacon and cheese. Salmon was really good, however the Brussels sprouts were burnt.I did go back and told the manager that I couldn’t eat them because they were really burnt. He had them make the order again, which was very nice. Good recovery on their part.

Excellent service. You sit down & order at your seat then everything comes to you! Was there for a bit & observed the staff- they worked hard, were clean & very friendly! Will be back when in Philly!

We had a long layover so we went there for breakfast… and we regretted it. I wish we had gotten some bagels from the store across instead. We had omelettes, which were not flavorful at all, and came with potatoes that didn’t taste fresh; we think those were from the day before. No coffee refills, and too pricey for a just ok breakfast.

The host asked to see my vaccine card. Seriously? Anyways like all airport services and food choices are 150% markup. Order a jack and red bull after dealing with an idiot airline attendant whose reasoning for things outside of her control and flight being delayed 3 hrs, "I'm still going.". American Airlines, stupid and wastes your time when they can't plan.
