Had the spicy tonkotsu ramen with the black sauce + gyoza.Ramen:Noodle overcooked, sesame oil overwhelming, egg tasted so off almost like korean rice wine.Gyoza:you can teach a 5 year old how to deep fry frozen gyoza, so no comment here.Cleanliness:sticky table, dirty spoons, disgusting looking tray.Vibe:multiple alarms and timers constantly going off. Narrow aisle.Worst dinning experience I've had in a long time. My $1 Korean instant noodles taste better. The name Lifting Noodles is fitting. I was lifted out of my seat right after tasting the egg.

I visited on Monday after the snowstorm and the walk through the dirty flush was worth it! I came with a friend and though we were a little confused at first on the dining experience, we both left very happy. We split the crispy fried brussel sprouts and out of curiosity, the shrimp and crab corndog. Brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious, corndog we both had mixed feelings on at first but after having it as leftovers it was surprising how much I ended up liking it. Perhaps it had something to do with the oil cooling down?My friend ordered their chicken ramen, I opted for building my own as a picky pescatarian--the wait time wasn't too long and it was pleasant on cold day.We both thought the quality of the ramen is one of the best we've had, springy chewy noodles, delicious broth, great flavorful toppings (I'd recommend the shiitake mushrooms, they're worth the extra dollar for the sweetness they bring.)Their dragonfruit lemonade was refreshing, though if you're a sugar fiend like me, you'll find it's nothing tooth rotting but nothing too tart or sour.Casual environment (pay before you eat,) fun painted walls, super kind staff.Couldn't recommend it enough! Super diverse menu, isn't afraid to try out wacky trendy concepts. :)
WOW. Absolutely phenomenal ramen (get the “Angry Zuko” ramen and the Kimchi Aranchini). Great service, amazing food, and not too busy on a Saturday night.
Best vegetarian ramen EVER. Friendly service and a wonderful menu!
Spicy pork belly ramen is spectacular.
I cannot wait to go back. Friendly staff, and absolutely delicious food! So many interesting combos on the menu. Can’t wait to work my way through it.Thank you chef!
Great poke bowls and sushi donuts! Several menu items can be gluten free by request. Great for takeout.
Friendly staff and cute place! The pork gyozas were really good, not too soft and not to hard. The angry zuko ramen was super good, broth was definitely my fav. Have to try the drinks next time.
The meals and service were beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed the environment of this spot. First-rate restaurant to take the family out for dinner.
