Just incredibly consistent and delicious. Their french toast is easily the best I’ve ever had, super soft and fluffy.It doesn’t matter how busy it is, they will have your order out super fast. Went twice with a group of 4 in the last week and we were in and out within 30 minutes even with a packed house.Incredibly friendly staff too!
The fried chicken sandwich was delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the Cole slaw was fresh and crunchy like the chicken. Definitely coming back again to try more food on their menu!
The diner posses one thing most diners can't.. Consistency! It's consistency good. Breakfast is good, lunch is good, dinner is good! This is a great little Philly diner and a must try. I eat there weekly. Love the daily variety of soups. Atmosphere is very warm and cozy. Another must try.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could, but I can’t. So I give it a 1.Every single aspect about this diner was atrocious. The waitress took over 30 minutes for us to take our order. Our appetizer was tasteless, no flavor whatsoever. Our entrees were made incorrectly. We ordered burgers cooked medium, and received them burnt to a crisp. For dessert, we asked our waitress which cake was best, and she offered to bring out the freshest piece. The stale cake we were served crumbled in my mouth as if it were two weeks old.In retrospect, we shouldn’t have paid a dime for terrible service and gross food. I wish we had spoken up to speak to management, but from how everything had gone thus far, I can’t imagine it would have made much of a difference in our experience.TL;DR: Service and food are awful. Stay far away from this diner.
Always a pleasure and wonderful family restaurant!! Every visit is like Christmas morning for me!!! Huge menu with a ton of varieties to choose from along with reasonable prices. Waitresses are exceptional at all levels! Never had to wait more than 10 min for our food order. Every meal I've ever eaten there was made with fresh quality ingredients that the chef prepared with absolute love and pride! The atmosphere is just filled with happiness, joy, and laughter!! Upon paying check I always leave a 30% tip for our waitresses dedication towards our needs!!!! There homemade cheesecake, bread pudding, and rice pudding are worth the high blood pressure and diabetes. Liberty Bell Dinner is the #1,2,3,&4 choices on my list to go and dine at!!!! They will always have a home in my heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️!
Great Service. Awesome food.Bread basket had a great variety of sweet and savory breads. Pictured is house cake, bread basket, fries, creamed spinach, ritz cracker chicken, and chicken julienne soup.

People who run the place are just wonderful. Food is not fancy just really good. Portion size is a plus. Be prepared to take home leftovers! I’ve been going there for many years and have never been disappointed! ?

Have enjoyed countless meals at Liberty Bell Diner. Owners and staff always friendly and accommodating. Great service. Food is awesome. Prices very fair and portions very generous. Cannot recommend highly enough! Especially enjoy their veal francais (off menu), breakfast platters at anytime of day, beautiful salads and wonderful French Onion soup. Housemade rolls and desserts are wonderful. Always a good stop. Cannot recommend highly enough!
