My family threw a party on Saturday. Albin, the manager was from the start very knowledgeable and very responsive. Fast forward to the night of the event, the room as requested was ready upon arrival, food hot and on time. Servers were great too! Our guest never wanted for anything! Kudos to Albin and our servers (sorry I forgot your names)!!! Wonderful Service!!!
First time visit during an event a SJU. The place was empty and we sat at the bar. The bartender couldn’t be any slower without stopping. She had zero interest in serving the few people that were at the bar. Ordered the chicken cheesesteak and it was a major disappointment. 90% bread with a sprinkle of meat. The fries were very good, crispy and plenty. Won’t go back unless I have too…. It’s the only place in walking distance to SJU so they probably take advantage of that. Also be warned they add an automatic 20% surcharge tip to the bill which isn’t advertised.
Would love to know who’s bright idea it was to change one of the BEST items on the menu ! The CHICKEN NACHOS ! I’ve been coming to landmark for years but now that they’ve taken away my go to meal I’ll probably find somewhere else to go; especially since their drinks have been watered down for years but the nachos kept my loyalty lol they traded an original recipe for a common easy to find anywhere recipe …. I’m saddened by this lol this new nacho dish was ok but the original will always be KING
Ordered via Uber eats and couldn’t leave a review so here I am. Food was fine; nothing special. The price point is ridiculous, however. $12 for essentially a side of mac & cheese? Save your money and make it yourself at home. It’ll probably be better anyway.
Such a sad experience here. My husband and I were there over the weekend. It did not seem packed, but our waiter (who was an absolute delight) got slammed with tables. We were waiting on our food for longer than normal which resulted in cold food. We said "ok, hes busy, lets just eat it." but we found a hair. Asking if we could have a new dish, 27 minutes later, we got a bill that showed they removed our tainted dish, however, we were still waiting for our food. We decided to just pay the bill and leave. Very disappointing. I know everyone is short staffed, but to have use wait for a remake of hairy food, is just unacceptable.
This is by far THE WORST LANDMARK LOCATION in the Philadelphia area. From the customer service, to the food, to the staff soberness. We arrived at 3:30pm and did not get assigned a server until 3:53pm. In addition to this, OUR SERVER WAS EXTREMELY HIGH off of whatever substance & became irate when we asked for a manager. Once the manager came out (bald male), he was surprisingly rude as well. You would think since they’re serving the Saint Joseph’s community they would have excellent service. So not the case. Extremely disappointed
Nice, casual atmosphere. Great parking. I always get the grilled garlic herb chicken wings when I am there. They never disappoint.

After a day of errands I like to relax & rest at this cozy outdoors seating spot. It's a favorite ? of mine and the food offerings are good too. ?!
Terrible Management! The wait staff has more common sense than the managers. I ordered a cocktail they made the drink wrong, they substituted it with another drink option. I noticed that the drink was triple the price, but had no issue! It was more so the fact that they made my drink incorrectly the first time, and instead of offering me an apology for the inconvenience they were on the defense. I can tell by the mannerism that the managers could see I looked young, and treated me like their normal college student clientele that normally frequents there!! The managers Alvin and Mike were completely unprofessional! Very rude with lack of common customer service knowledge. I was embarrassed for them by their behavior!
