We came for coffee but saw a sign "on break for 30 min" so we came back about 20 min later and waited another 15 min and nobody came- meanwhile we observed all the milk was left out on the counter, several containers. When he returned 45 min later, unashamed, he still left the milk out as he took orders. We are seated across the hall at our gate and over an hour and a half has gone by and the milk is still out. What a lazy and disgusting way to present coffee that is actually good when sanitary practices are folllowed. If you don't want to get sick on the plane, skip this shop!

Quick good food before your flight

We had a wonderful experience. No line, quick service and knowledgeable staff.

@lacolombecoffee , I have always loved you. Could not have gotten through many exhausting days without you. But very disappointed today. I got my favorite draft latte from terminal C at the Philly airport. Could not even look at it till I was situated in my seat as I was running to catch my flight. Was really looking forward to my treat at takeoff and this is what I found!! $5.67 for less than half a cup?? I know inflation is steep but this seems a bit of an overkill!!I could not bring myself to give a one star because your coffee is truly amazing.#pleasemakeitright #lacolombe

Thank you to the La Colombe crew in Terminal E! The very pleasant trio complimented me on my hair, which made my day because I’ve been up since 3am traveling ? Great people, great smiles, great coffee! Thanks guys!!

Willis was very helpful and working fast and efficiently to fit our needs I am very happy with my service.

Might need some training here. Barista just told me an espresso is an Americano.

If this store and its workers went any slower, I could arrive 12 hours early and still miss my flight. The wait was over 30minutes and I saw at least 5 people leave line as their boarding times began. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or poorly managed, but it’s a shame because their coffee is actual quite tasty. I would recommend any La Colombe OUTSIDE the airport, but highly caution against going to this one unless your flight was postponed until the following day (even then it might be tight)!

Got an oatmilk cappuccino and it's surprisingly good for an airport cafe. Not burnt, blends smoothly with the milk foam.

On an early Thursday morning, only two people were staffed. They were awesome. It’s hard to do the jobs of three people when you only have two and the line is ten people deep. Have some patience friends, they’re doing they’re very very best.
